well I am lucky to have an awesome family. but if my dad abused me and I had a kid, I WOULD NOT raise my kid in his house. soo.... ICA's story doesn't really make sense because that means she raised Caylee in an "abusive" house for years.

I agree. I think he is trying very hard to appear totally impartial and get on the jury, and since we don't know WHY that is (if it is), I would not like him to remain, he just doesn't pass my sniff test.. We don't know his true feelings and can't predict which way he would be biased (if he is).

Thanks.

I thought he might be too perfect as well.

My curiosity though was that he might in fact be a "perfect" (as in actually perfect) juror in that he might of been an engineer or of a similarly analytical profession (he wasn't in the end). Also he came across as a bit of a nit, obsessive with detail, sticking to his own opinion and he gave answers to this questions consistent with this and in a way which would seem very difficult to fake.

I luv this scene it's like WTF you are in my way ....can't you see I have things to do here .. Just makes me wonder how impatient she was with Caylee....

I hope the SA's stress over and over how much help and support she got from CA and GA. I would bring it up every chance I got with examples!

Brad C on In Session just used the phrase "throw George and Cindy under the bus..."

lol - also thinks Casey will take the stand. Because she's the only one who can back up JBs 1 minute explanation of her actions

He also described the Anthonys (CA and GA) as a 'normal' family. Really, Brad?!

LOL - I went out to walk my dogs for half an hour, got back to hear a male on the witness stand, gave the dogs their snack - sat down to hear HHBP giving a lecture that they would be there until all 37 jurors had been done today, somebody peed on Patty G's carpet and only she and Misha were home:waitasec: and I had 13 pages to read.

And they have 40 minutes for lunch and HHJP is feeling just a little testy by now. Have I covered everything? :great:

Oh yeah, and a poss juror just stumbled out exhausted after almost three hours on the stand. :banghead:

ohhhh. Brad C when asked if we will ever learn the truth - NO

Unless ICA tells it and then how will we know since she's a liar (paraphrase)

Brad Conway says we never get the whole truth about what happened to Caylee just somewhere in the middle.

He was so damed quick to answer it that his head almost spun.

Me thinks he knows something that we never will.

I'm wondering if it could have been something about
1.) home computer use - George looking at *advertiser censored* sites or escort sites and Cindy found it. She accused George. He said it wasn't me, it must have been Casey.
2.) George took money from Cindy's purse. Cindy accused George. George said it wasn't me, it must have been Casey.
3.) Cindy found something incriminating - like say a pair of underwear or a condom - in the home or car. She accused George. George said it wasn't me it must have been Casey.

SOTS -- Do you have any more details on Jean C's comment and what she was referring to ?

TIA !

She was just referring to the factors that Ann finnell listed and about how JB will say KC couldn't go to her parents because of the relationship being what it was.

Speaking of mitigating factors, perhaps ICA is not the only one getting a dose of reality today.

CA and GA are in a tough spot, trying to support the child that is blaming them for her situation. Guess ICA does not want any visits when she gets convicted. I don't care how bad your childhood is, nothing gives you the right to kill anyone, let alone your own child!!!!!

ICA had it better than most people, including jurors who had legitmate hardships.

I bumped the threads on mitigation in case anyone is interested..

WE already know the truth.
End of trial, everyone else will, too.

MOO and stuff.

BC saying the Anthonys are a "normal family"

He knows them very well. :liar:

This is why I want GA and CA to watch the trial - it will make a huge difference to what they say in the penalty phase, and we know they will be called to testify then, the question is by who?:innocent:

KC does this thing when she stands up. She balls her fists and holds her bent arms out and looks around by her feet, looking confused. It looks like she's trying to play Disney (or maybe Universal, lol) princess, holding her gown up and looking at the woodland creatures gathered by her feet. I know this sounds odd but if you watch for it I think you'll see what I mean.

Anyway it's annoying because I can really see that she's "acting" innocent/confused.
Looks to me like she is displaying conduct that has become a habit -- waiting for the handcuffs and leg irons to be applied so they can move her from place to place.
