only 5 days left til trial!!!

OMG did they wear me out too. I just woke up and it's 9:30 on the WC. Of course I woke up to their lunch break - LOL.

I was half listening earlier.. so did JB use first and last names for a guy on fb who is friends with the juror?? Uhh, i think that should be a big violation on the privacy of the juror, if JB could see the juror's wall then it is now not too many steps to saying who the guy is????

I'm sure we're not allowed to investigate jurors, so i'm not going any further on sleuthing this, but it took me 5 seconds to get to the point of there being less than 187 friends of the named person, as possible identities of the juror (probably half that without females). WTH? And I am not any better a sleuther than the media or people with agendas...

I agree with you and I think the State does too. They asked a lot of questions in the depos to head off this kind of defense.

Now Lippman's comments yesterday makes much more sense.

He stated that GA would consider civil action.

I would bet anything that JB and Cindy and KC have schemed up this story but never let GA in on it.

He was led to believe that he would only be giving testimony that would "help" KC.

Now let's recall how JB made sure to get it on the record that GA would say whatever he had to to protect KC...

BUT.....what if that was part of a plan to discredit GA or to prove his willingness to cover for LEE and his acts?

Before Lippman said that GA understood that the DT was just trying to defend KC...BUT something has shifted for sure.

I don't think George was at the start, because of the "why why why" letter, but he must be by now. I don't know that I can blame them for wanting to save the life of their daughter. Do George and Cindy know the full extent they will be sacrificed? That I don't think so.

I thought it sounded real? I still don't get why JB wants a jury of HIS peers and not Casey's? I find Jose implying that Hispanic and African American jurors would be more sympathetic to a baby murderer than a white person insulting. He's basically saying that Hispanic and African American people would be more willing to relate to someone like Casey Anthony? That they would more likely not find her behavior appalling?

Oh, and the guy in Nancy Grace was saying Judge Perry insulted African American and Hispanic people by implying that they were more apt to be homeless was 100% incorrect. Judge Perry stated that the Sheriff in Pinellas County had informed him that there was a high ethnic population just right next door at the homeless shelter. He was informed of this. So it is a fact that the majority of people at this particular homeless shelter were of different ethnic backrounds. Judge Perry was not insulting anyone by bringing this up.

Does Jose feel that hispanics will naturally support him because he is hispanic?

Judge Perry stated what he was told by the sheriff. He did not imply anything. People just love to take something and slant it to cause a ruckus.

I think you are correct. That is scary that they might think that nobody will be held responsible for Caylee's death.

Casey's mom and dad were not good to her. I am the FIRST person to defend that what your parents do to you can affect you and that it is VERY important how you are raised.

BUT: you cannot say that is a reason someone would murder. which the defense knows that and they will try to say accident?

Now we are back to accident but what about the duct tape?

That must be where George and Cindy come in, they let Caylee drown on the 15th and used Casey as a scape goat...don't cha know that is why they got the dates wrong...i.e. June 8/9 as opposed to the real date of June 15th, Father's Day.

I am making that all up, of course! And FWIW: I have no idea after listening to this man if he would make a good juror or not. :dunno:

I think he was being serious about it. Wouldn't be a bad idea as long they make sure to weed out the mentally ill and drug addicts and convicts (which here in Columbus O-HI-O make up 90 percent of the population at the shelters)

That would be awful for ICA's defence. She really looks like a dumb spoiled middle class girl and alot of homeless people know what real abuse is.

well I am lucky to have an awesome family. but if my dad abused me and I had a kid, I WOULD NOT raise my kid in his house. soo.... ICA's story doesn't really make sense because that means she raised Caylee in an "abusive" house for years.

I am thanking my parents right now for all their mistakes. Thanks mom and dad. I love me and have been saved from repeating some of them or all of them.

LOL - I went out to walk my dogs for half an hour, got back to hear a male on the witness stand, gave the dogs their snack - sat down to hear HHBP giving a lecture that they would be there until all 37 jurors had been done today, somebody peed on Patty G's carpet and only she and Misha were home:waitasec: and I had 13 pages to read.

And they have 40 minutes for lunch and HHJP is feeling just a little testy by now. Have I covered everything? :great:

Oh yeah, and a poss juror just stumbled out exhausted after almost three hours on the stand. :banghead:

It is my understanding that the pee spot has not been tested , waiting to hear about a smell.

She was just referring to the factors that Ann finnell listed and about how JB will say KC couldn't go to her parents because of the relationship being what it was.

If she was referring to the death or "accident" she could have reached out to so many others. ie, the police, Tony, Amy, or the plethora of other people around her. G&C were not the only 2 people who existed in her life. Lee would have been another option.

The "I couldn't go to my parents cuz i was skeered" isn't gonna go over well with any juror.
