They are calling the others to come in early as they were not scheduled. The 11 jurors are on their way. As soon as he gets 12, he is swearing them.

RB is definitely not there today and I haven't seen DS either. I wonder what happened with the RB "thing". I'll bet she will just fade away.

I absolutely did not "get" what the DT was up to even bringing in RB. What is the point of having anyone on the defense who, just looking at her brings up the constant reminder "death row" "death row" - and then have her cuddling your defendant.

We all have subliminal thoughts - it's a major process advertisers use on us all the time - for example who can ignore the jingle - It's the real thing - 90% of us automatically know it's a coke ad. Why bring in RB so we automatically think Death Row? IMO One of the bigger mistakes the DT has made.
