I don't think she said she wouldn't...she said she did not like to do so. I think she told the judge she would and could, when he persisted with questioning.

I have been rethinking this lady. Perhaps she chooses her words wisely. She may not wish to be there at all, she may not wish for the world to hear her say anything other than what she did, perhaps she has been through quite a bit in her life.
This leaves me with perhaps, I know I hate perhaps too and agree with everyone else on the wild card, but, perhaps, she is the one that can decide more readily when she sees what is presented. What if she feels that KC did it after the evidence is presented, and she doesn't want wish t.v. to record? I understand given her religious beliefs she does not want to judge, or even say she judges, however, a juror vote is silent and not known to the media.
Just a thought.
