I think that once he learns how evil Casey was and sees what happened to that baby he will have no problem voting for the DP.

Remember he works with kids. I really believe he knows not much about this and when confronted with the facts will feel compelled to consider it strongly. On top of how cold casey is in the courtroom. I dont doubt he could absolutely consider it. It is a very serious thing he is being asked to consider. I believe he is answering the way any human being who knows nothing about the details should be answering.

He teaches PE and Health for 10th graders. His 15th year of teaching. He has no children.
