I don't think KC is going to take the stand. JB is really harping on not having to testify against yourself/constitutional right with each juror he likes.

Talk about a train wreck, she would be one of the worst ones to take the stand. Narcissists rewrite history constantly. SA could trip her up bigtime!

Reminds me of AZlawyer in the ask a lawyer thread, said - I'm paraphrasing her opinion - that after strikes and back strikes, both sides end up with 12 people neither the DT or State really want.

HHJP said earlier in the week that he wanted to break every hour or so to give the court reporter's hands a break. As a medical transcriptionist, I can't tell you how much I adore him for that.

LMAO! I think the same thing every time this series of voie dire begins with him. It's SO telling! "This is the only time I will ever get to confuse the ever living monkey dung out of you to get my client acquitted".
