The psychology behind this is very sound. Keep the victim as impersonal as possible. The DT does not want the juror to think the victim is an actual person let alone a toddler.

Had to step outside for a minute onto my balcony to see what the crows in the trees were making a horrendous racket about.

They were squawking and dive bombing and I realized they found a raccoon sneaking up a tree towards their nests. They continued until it finally backed down the tree.

Made me laugh because it reminded me of Websleuths vs. The Defense Team and ICA. ICA will not be so lucky as the raccoon. She will not be able to slide down the tree and sneak away. :great:

TV and the little girl was missing. They found the body. Six months later when you read charges, that the body had been found.

the little girl had been missing, it was in Orlando, later when they found the body I think it was a utility worker had found the body. that is all I know.

I pray the State says Caylee's name as often as possible during trial.

It boggles my mind that some of these people have no clue about this case.

I know quite a few people in the states who know nothing about this case.Boggles my mind too.
