If I were any member of the DT I would be ashamed to even show my face after that fiasco. How do these people sleep at night? How do they live with themselves?

I think JB was making an attempt, a poor one, at sarcasm...as in, she is so dumb she dumped the body right beside the road, and yet has been able to fool anyone and everyone involved for all this time...

I noticed that Jeff AShton left for a period of time during JB's "monologue"....

Do we know if courthouse cameras captured images of him rolling on the floor in the hallway, grabbing his stomach, and crying tears though laughter?

Was his tie wrinkled when he returned??

Was it fact or rumor that KC left her purse in car hoping for car to get stolen when she dumped it at amscot? Does anyone think she parked there had the trash in there so she could dump Caylee and the trash would be her cover if she was seen. Just didn't happen at this point.

Roar!!! Don't know where this will fall, and it's probably been said already but I have to say as a Floridian that I am furious at this sh$% the defense pulled today about an accidental drowning. FURIOUS!

Not that I believe a word of it, but talk about pizzing off the natives!! If, IF it were true which I DO NOT believe for a nanosec.. we have paid for 3 years to keep that #@$%#@ in prison and paid for THAT defense when an 'accidental' death could have been confessed up front? And saved heartache, time, and our frakking tax dollars?

BTW...what ever happened to that defense theory that Caylee dies from an overdose of a sedative as presenteds in a memorandum by Terry Lenamon??

I guess this accident sounded more plausible??

Well, JB tried to get the lineup for today from the judge and HHJP said he couldn't force the prosecution to disclose it.

ETA: sure hope that the defense was able to get all their thousands of boxes of paperwork stored somewhere in the courthouse...*rolleyes*....read somewhere today that Mason was seen rolling in 1.:floorlaugh:

And apparently GA's file wasn't in there since JB was so ill prepared. :floorlaugh:

Could someone help me out here? Did I miss a huge chunk of JB's opening statement?

Exactly how did RK get Caylee's body? If he found it, why would he hold onto it for months before placing it on Hopespring Dr? Why would he feel that he would not get a reward for finding her body in the first place? Did he hope that the reward would go up?

I just don't see the connection at all. It made no sense to me.

Also exactly why did JB say that GA found the body and then covered up her death after yelling at KC that it was her fault? What did I miss?

I guess I just tuned JB out after the first few minutes or maybe it was the p word when I tuned him out. Not that I have anything against cussing, I do it all the time, but there would have been better ways to say that. Besides the story started making no sense by that time.

Question: When JA asked George if he has ever molested his daughter, is KC shaking her head before or after George's answer, and is her head shaking to mean George has not molested her, or he is not telling the truth? What does that no head shake mean? Maybe the tiff KC and JB seemed to have this week is that KC did not want to go the route JB went tody...maybe not.
OR
Could it be that KC expected George to answer that question as JB wanted him to, falling on the sword, then when he answered it honestly, she was shocked at his truefulness?
