I wonder the same. At this point, it could go either way with her.

WFTV 5:00 News just said that there were no protestors outside the courthouse today except for one lone man who thinks ICA is innocent.

Apparently, there was not any big brouhaha today as anticipated. So glad to hear that.

The jury. Those poor people doing their civic duty. Their heads must be spinning as they contemplate the next eight weeks without their loved ones for this mess.

You know they must know now that she did it. Because they KNOW the story she is telling is BS. They know that FOR A FACT. And there is no other reason for her to do that than to cover up that she's guilty.

EXACTLY. They MUST know NOW that this is all a lie and THIER daughter killed Caylee.

Now in the penalty phase I don't mind them begging for KC's life as it is their child. But I hope Cindy tells the truth.

Those with more experience...so did the defense know that GA was going testify for the prosecution. Do they know he was going to deny the sexual abuse, etc. I think they probably did, but it seems like if they did, why would they put the blame mostly on GA? You think they would try another defense that didn't involve GA.

I have never thought I would say this, but my heart breaks for George.

I've always felt bad for George. His antics during depo and with the protesters was annoying but he never lied on the stand during hearings or during the grand jury, the latter which led to casey's indictment.

I think he is not the sharpest tool in the shed but I think at heart he has a heart. He loved his kids and Caylee.

To watch those vile disgusting allegations being leveled against him, was horrendous. I was sickened and outraged. Poor guy. Not only did he lose his precious grandbaby and have to testify against his daughter, he now has to have this label that some may always believe.

Someone mentioned earlier that they wanted George to admit that Caycee killed Caylee and then he would have redeemed himself.

I have never blamed the Anthonys for not wanting to believe Caylee was murdered by her mother. I think that is a very hard truth for someone to accept about someone you love. I just did not want them to actively defend her through lies and manipulations. George stopped that today and I hope he and Cindy continue to do that for Caylee's sake and for Lee's sake.

The defense is beyond disturbing and I just don't know how the jury could think Caycee is telling the truth about the sexual abuse when she has lied about so much else.

i hate to say this because it may be giving jb too much credit. I think he led the a's to believe they were helping their daughter by telling them to do certain things. All the while knowing he was going to use these things against them in trial to add color to the picture he wanted to paint. :waitasec:

I agree. It was so very important for Jose to throw George under the bus without him being present in the courtroom. It would have been wise not to rile George prior to him being called in to testify as a witness for the prosecution.
