Either way, I'm rubbing my hands together. CA was great on the stand today!

Guys! I just got here today and I had no idea CA would be testifying! What is she saying? How is she reacting to casey? How is casey reacting to her? Help!!!!!

If Baez tries to pound Cindy like he did George the jury is going to hate his guts.

He really really made a huge mistake with this defense. He should have played the accident theory and left her parents out of it. No one is going to believe this abuse defense. There was no hitting, no sexual abuse, no abuse of any kind. Casey ran the show there and did whatever she wanted and you can tell both her parents just believed her lies and she got away with murder. Jose's theory looks ridiculous after both these people testified.

ICA had some input on her defense and I'll bet she pounded into JB to toss her parents under the bus.

How come the judge denies this information when the DT has insinuated all these horrible things about them. The State should be able to defend them and get this info in. Its not right the judge is keeping out all the evidence. whether it is prejudicial or not! It should be prejudicial. She's a killer and what she did should be known.

I just re-watched her little fit as the local channel (13) showed it from another angle and now it looks like she says "she is going to protect HIM" and then she says again in just a bit "she is going to protect HIM" and then something about "not even try now."

These things were cleared as evidence during the pre-trial hearings. Why is the judge keeping them out now? I don't get it.

IIRC a lot of things were going to be brought up during trial and decided at that time. jmo

That's when Baez told the A's that GA found Caylee dead in the pool & so on & about the "sex abuse" claims..All of this 'supposedly' told to them by ICA? Or they helped to concoct it..Anyway, that's when they knew for sure there was NO Zanny! Officially!

All of this info comes from GA's atty who also attended the meeting.

I am not a lawyer (obviously) but I'm furious at JBP right now. That should be shown to the jury. It's part of the 31 days that Casey said she was looking for Caylee and Cindy was begging for her.

Reference she stopped looking for "Zanny" six weeks ago, that's about when she found out DT was going to throw them under the bus with the imaginary drowning. Maybe that's when CA finally realized the truth.

Could it be that maybe they are claiming that CA myspace post is more of a poem, thus her own opinion and more of a creative writing thing as opposed to a convo like TL and KC texts? Thats all I got...

IMO, CM is running the show. Baez is just doing the presentation.
