FG: LY take a moment to look thru that briefly.

I hope the judge reads the texts out loud for us! :giggle:

TL looking at exhibit ....text message between Casey..morning of june 16....admitted into evidence

Could someone please post who is showing ICA again, thank you.
Go to wftv.com.
Once there, click where it says, "LIVE BLOG".
It will take you to a new page w/ two smallish screens on the right hand side.
The top screen will show the witness/ courtroom.
The bottom will stay on Casey.

You will have to sit through a brief commercial on one, or both screens.
Don't worry, they are over fast.
Remember to turn down the volume on one of the screens.

Hope that helps!

Did she put "if they don't find her guess who spends the rest of her life in jail" or was that a verbal comment? Anyone remember?

Here we go. Text on the 16th between ICA and TL received in evidence.

When Casey looks to her left, what does she see? And when she looks to her right what does she see? I wish I were in the courtroom.

Where is the one where Casey says I'm going to get blamed for this if they d0on't find her" or something like that? was that a text message?

Watching Tony is very eye-opening. WAAAAY back when on July 16th I assumed he participated, knew, or was somehow involved in all of this. At the very least I assumed he was some punk (since he was with Casey). Later it came out that he wasn't involved, helped LE etc.

But now, looking at this clean cut kid, respectful and polite, I have done a 180 on him. He looks like an older version of my son...home playing xBox with his friends after school...and I can't help wondering how awful this has been not just for him but for his family and friends, and all the young people sucked into this nightmare.

If my son were in the middle of this I would be beside myself. The ripples on the pond spread far and wide with each of Casey's lies.

I don't understand what KC can be saying to JB about something as solid as a text message....it looks like everytime she says something to him during a testimony....it's like she's trying to cover her butt to keep with her "story".

TL reading text message to court

He asked Casey "where's Caylee"?

"I don't know."

He was upset, angry.....

Wow - this is pretty powerful stuff! Even though I know all this and have read it over and over but listening to it in court is something else again.

"I'm so sorry for not telling you what happened we obviously need to talk I need you and I love you more than you know"

"What happened?"

"I don't know"

"I don't know.... r u serious?"

"I've been filling out reports all night and driving around with numerous officers to old apartments I've taken her to. I am the worst ******* person in the world. I don't know what I would do if something happened to her."

I don't understand what KC can be saying to JB about something as solid as a text message....it looks like everytime she says something to him during a testimony....it's like she's trying to cover her butt to keep with her "story".

She's saying "sidebar! sidebar!"

...what happened we obviously need to talk I love you and I need you more than you know.

Casey to TL: "I love you more than you know"
How many weeks did they know each other???

My only guess is that he can't testify to something they haven't laid a foundation for ??? But that really is just a guess.

so many things you could digress on at this point, i think they are just trying to stay focused
