wow, why is he pointing all of these detailed lies out to the jury? I get that on one hand he's trying to make Cindy look like a fool for believing Casey but, all he's doing IMO, is showing that Casey is a very accomplished and unrepentant liar. This is not something in response to trauma. These are very calculated lies told to enable Casey to live her life as she saw fit. I do not doubt that the jury is going to see it that way.

(I'm sorry if this is covered somewhere else in this forum -- I tried to do a search, but I can't get the search menu to open.)

Does anyone else think that Zanny wasn't an actual human but the nickname for Xanax -- an anti-anxiety drug? Maybe ICA used the drug as a "nanny" to knock poor Caylee out so she (ICA) could go out and do whatever it was she liked to do?

Again, I apologize if this is covered elsewhere... please point me in the right direction.

He is clearly pointing out all of Casey's lies. He is going for the penalty phase trying to paint her as a disturbed individual. He knows he can't win this.

But he is also trying to discredit Cindy as a caring loving mother because after all she should have known that Casey was not telling the truth. MOO

I thought it was only Lee? An the jury does NOT know that. So while JB is alluding to GA as the father or Lee - the jury does NOT know about the tests.

If I were ont he jury I would be askign WHO IS Cayle's dad?

I believe when GA was on the stand he testified that FBI ordered test -- whcih he consented to and proved he was not father.

Zany exists to Cindy therefore Zany exists to Casey. Casey had to go along with this belief.

But - Casey was the author of Zanny, not Cindy, right????
