He was in the interview when Allen suggested the pool accident to ICA. ICA did not adopt that theory after that - either on or off tape. Nothing other than ZG kidnapping theory.

JB - recross - Scenario also included mothers' whose boyfriends beat their children to death and mothers who role over their babies and people who have done horrible and unspeakable things to their children.

There is absolutely nothing that could convince me that Caylee died as a result of drowning in the family pool. I hope the jury feels the same way.

unless she drowned her on purpose and then pull her out and duct taped her...mothers who kill seem to like drowning :-(

Bill S is saying that the question had to be withdrawn because YM was about to say that he could not ask her about the pool, because she had hired a lawyer at that point. If he had said that, it could have caused a mistrial.

I think what YM was about to say was that he never had the opportunity to ask ICA about it AFTER this interview b/c she subsequently hired a lawyer and invoked her 5th amendment rights.

IOW, he didn't ask her about it during this interview AND he didn't ask her about it after.
