Here comes Furhman......discussing the ladder and how it went up and down and that it was pretty much as testified by Cindy. Discussing how he visited the Anthony's for 2-3 hours and that she testified to the truth and she did take the ladder down but that she saw it back up. Thought some kids may have used the pool. Saying that the Anthony's were obsessive about taking down the ladder because they were worried about Caylee getting into the pool.

So my kids are now clamoring to go to California Pizza Kitchen. My husband walks in and sees the trial tapes being replayed and says' IS THAT STILL ON? ' Oops, it is Sunday, I guess I better get out of here and forget this stinkin trial for awhile. LOL Carry on, and keep track of what happens while I am gone.

Furhman saying that because they were talking to Casey about a possibly live child 'rescue clause of Miranda' and that somewhere in the interview at Universal she did become a suspect.
