Time will only tell, and Im just speculating but would explain KC's animations after the documentation of that debris in that trunk....Whats the chances that they ended up LINKING that debris to the "Dump Site"??? It would also suggest KC is unaware of ALL the evidence against her:rocker:

We should be prepared, though it should come as no surprise that the DT are going to try and link George to the car....Casey did make up a story and accuse him in a text to Amy about hitting the squirrel when he used the car...

Here's something for fun and games......let's make some arbitrary comments that the defense could pick up on and then see if they use them AGAIN...only this time....let's blow our own smoke and mirrors and make stupid compliments. HAHA

JK of course.

omg...JC is saying: well it was very powerful for the prosecution today. but there were a few nuggets for the dt.

moderator: what nuggets?

Jena: uh...(pause)...giggle...well, you got me there. give me a second...uh.....

later she points out the objected to AA woman took notes when ICA was presenting a "caring" side, and that she (the juror) might be taking her side.

well. maybe a reach. uh...give me a sec...uh....well.. heres one.

maybe. its possible.

These forensic experts are piecing together and explaining all this evidence we have been trying to do all this time. Get prepared guys, this is going to be really hard and we might even be shocked at what we hear.

I'm sad already. I'm so glad I have my WS family to lean on! I couldn't watch this trial by myself, that's for sure! And I know it's only going to get harder. But we'll make it through together for justice for Caylee!

I agree... my point was that they aren't blowing around there much at all.. except in the woods... (where she most likely drove her car..etc)

moo of course

Yep I agree, the woods are carpeted w/ dried up leaves ANY time of year.

And from Quiche above:
Wow, I wonder about those little leaves, because as we know, GA cleaned the cars out every weekend. So... that is from the 31 days, imo.

Excellent point!!!!!!!!

i thought we knew about leaves etc but its not weighted all that heavily since she lived so close to dump site??

So this is just a rumour at the present moment?

It is my opinion that Belich took bad information and ran with it. It seems to me that if Baez was texting someone at People Mag (where Helling is a reporter) Helling would know before Belich. It wasn't Helling...he admitted as much. If Baez DID text Helling, I'm sure Helling would have loved the ratings/attention to his mag, and milked it. If someone else at People Mag was texted, you can bet they would have clued in Helling before Belich, a reporter they are not affiliated with. Just my opinion:) I am not a fan of Belich's reporting, personally.

Whether it is a rumor...I'll leave that to your fine judgment;)

What was that? she was throwing her hand around and made like this open handed claw , then reached for JB as if to grab his arm and instead, curled her hand to a loose fist with pointer finger VERY pointy and was yammering like mad! Then she started in on CM

Look as if she was pointing her hand at times at the monitor, so I am thinking had something to do with what they showed last on monitor.

Was she saying this isn't where I put her?

When did KC tell Amy about the smell of dead squirrel...was it before or after the first time she runs out of gas near her house? Anyone remember?

really and this was after a csi witness. she gets real animated.

weird.

maybe shes saying:

I cleaned the squirrel up, can we say that?

Jurors are never shown on TV, nor are their names published in newspapers, etc.

I know that is the protocol during voire dire, but now that court is an open court it seems kind of redundant. Haven't watched any trials on t.v. in a long time so I was just wondering. Have cameras have been allowed in court?tia

I don't understand why she is allowed to sit there, like she is chatting with buddies. :maddening:

IS/Vinnie Politan intro'd JVM promoting her show tonight

LP just rec'd cease/desist order from Lippman: shut up or we will sue

Okay folks - done typing. Off to drink a beer or 12. See you in the morning. Happy sleuthing. Don't have too much fun without me.

Justice for Caylee!

ETA - I think my lap top may have burned my legs LOL

I thought Baez did better on cross with Bloise, but then he derailed and it became a failure cross exam. He did make a few points, but they were overshadowed by Bloise's overall testimony, IMO.
