Maybe he was running out to do more photo ops with the locals like he did yesterday... Did anyone else catch that on Nancy Grace last night. He went for a stroll at lunch time (and the attys on the show were shocked he left the court at all) and when he got outside, he was all posing for the media and some women ran up and wanted pics, and he stood there with his arms around them while everyone took pictures. During Lunch, In the middle of a murder trial.

Quite incredible that postmortem hair banding is such a rare event.. and that it was caught in one of two hairs found in ICA's trunk. I'm rather blown away that hair was there.

Yes - hair in the trunk had it; hair(s) attached to tape did not ERGO the tape went on when she was ALIVE. The hair in the trunk fell out (of the bag or her head) when she had been dead awhile. THUS DuctTape = Murder Weapon.

This texting of someone in the gallery, presumably media, and eye contact being made by Baez is disconcerting. He is giving inside information during the trial methinks, and it will definitely have the case overturned if this comes out. WFTV talked about it again and chalks it up to immaturity, but I think it is more devious. Sadly, Casey hasn't gotten adequate council because Baez is just like her in so many ways. Baez looks out for Baez. What's the payday for this supposed inside access during trial? Maybe he doesn't even want to be a licensed lawyer after this trial and has other plans to make money.

Do her attorneys watch/read any media coverage of the trial? Couldn't anyone convince Casey to wear some toned-down, nondescript, business casual clothing for the trial. She wear some rather odd styles, that really makes her appear to be not "with it."

These comparisons were done and hairs from the skull were similar to the one found in the trunk, complete with hair banding and mtDNA matching.
