In every case in which the dog has alerted, besides this one, he's had a find (of the body).

Baez just gave Ashton a mean-looking stare.
by Gabe Travers/WESH.com at 4:24 PM

wow!!! I saw that...I assume the jury saw that

JB is being rude.

JB look up the work speculation please...then speculate back to us.

Baez is so transparent to me...just tries to make everyone look incompetent...surely the jury sees this????

Exactly. If they think like JB wants them to, a juror is going to have to NOT believe EVERY SINGLE PERSON who's testified for the State. AND.....believe his client that he admits is a liar to the nth degree.

"I smelled it clear as day." - JB

Forgey saying that JB is jumping around. LOL

Forgey: Every single time he's had an alert, there has been a FIND.

JB: But we're talking about THIS case.

Sigh.

The problem with what JB is trying to discredit is JB himself admitted to a dead child in his OS. :loser:

It seems that the more JB is pushing, the more damaging information is coming out of the witness' mouth. JB should stop while he's behind.

JB: "You dont know what happened inthe car, do you? "

Uh, do YOU Baez? Isnt that why we are all here?

I didn't see it - I smelled it clear as day - Forgey

HAhAHAHHA

The thing about most of JB's crosses, he allows the expert witnesses to expand on their area of expertise and say things even more clearly than they did before.

Hah! Forgey goes on to testify to the scent in the car! yes!

he knows what he smelled in the car!:great: SLAM

Oh, we're at the dogs don't talk point.
