Wow . If he cant check a can someone hands him in court how is the jury supposed to trust his work?

This guy is supposed to be super vigilant in his work.

There were several cans with samples sent off to his lab, they only used 1 for testing. LDB and JA would like to use the other 2 canisters that are still sealed for the the jury to be able to smell. :twocents:

Well, it could have allowed them to open the can, which they wanted to do but the judge had said no.
