21. CD-R - Walmart Video, 7-23-08 Is this a correct date? Casey was in jail at that time...............hmmmmmm

24. CD-R - Home Depot Video, 5-23-08, 6-29-08, 7-5-08
25. CD-R - Home Depot Video, 5-29-08 Do these show the Anthony's buying their backyard improvement project? Or evidence that can be connected to the crime scene, which could show premeditation??

Mark Lippman just made an EXCELLENT point - He said that if there really was sexual abuse, wouldn't Casey have written about it in her journal?

Did anyone catch the last feed before they escorted ICA out?

She seemed to be pretty animated about something and it looked as if JB and CM were just blowing her off.

She just jabbers trying to stretch out the time she can hang around them,to keep from going back to the cells. As soon as a Guard looks like they are going to approach she tries to look busy again...

You guys I think I might've found a clue to the shovel mystery..

Clean up spills while wearing breathing apparatus and gloves. Apply a dispersing agent if available, otherwise absorb the spillage using sand and a shovel. Unprotected people should keep a safe distance as chloroform is both powerful and fast-acting. The work atmosphere should not contain more than 10 parts per million of chloroform.

Maybe she thought shovel meant something else other than a tool? LOL. I double check certain words, but yeah, I'm not an english-speaker so this point might not be valid. She probably didn't know exactly what it was/looked like. P.S the word doesn't contain a clickable or auto-generating link.

The further and further we get in this trial... I feel Caylee was going through hell with this monster. I know she put on an appearance of being a wonderful mother in front of other people, but I am so frightened about what was happening when it was only Casey and Caylee. I am getting a really bad feeling of what life was really like for Caylee with Casey and that Caylee being able to communicate more and more was becoming a huge problem for Casey.

LolaMoon, don't forget the haunting looks on Caylee's face when Casey was the one behind the camera. The child wasn't smiling, she'd be looking at Casey with a questioning, puzzled, definite haunted look. It always gives me an uncomfortable feeling when I see those videos. Remember the one of her at her memorial, the one where she climbs on the bed and goes to the window, the whole time looking back at the camera? It was the video that ended the "memorial". For me, it was a tragic portrait of a very sad little girl. She wasn't that way with Cindy and George, but definitely so with Casey.

Not to defend Casey but you could be shy a PE credit and it would keep you from graduating.. not that I know that from experience or anything :floorlaugh:

That's true... graduation is based on credits. Not grades. You could have a D- in every class and still graduate because you finished all the courses. You could also have straight A's in every subject but one (failing grade) and not have that credit to graduate. Hope that makes sense.

I saw that MC Phillips will be giving her "insights", and am annoyed. Why are we to assume that all peeps will react in the exact same way to abuse?

There are as many ways of reacting as stars in the sky. My opinion, only.

I am interested in what Mckensey has to say, she is very smart and has been through a lot and can read people well. She may agree or disagree Casey was abused, we don't know.

O/T slightly, but CA and GA's attorney is on HLN and slipped up and called caylee's death a murder!!!! 6:05pm!

Thinking out loud:

I'm not sure how long a duration of time chloroform would knock a person out. I would think it would depend on dosage, but...still, I don't think it's effects would last very long. Doesn't seem like a very effective "babysitter" to me. On the other hand, this chloroform habit search bugs me. Maybe that was just a "whim" search. I don't know.

The way I perceive the chloroforming situation of Caylee prior to the June 16th date when she was murdered, I never thought the chloroform was to knock her out and keep her out. The way I imagined it being used, was to get her to fall asleep initially. It would appear from some of the testimony that Caylee had a hard time falling asleep on her own, and actually needed Casey to sleep with her to be able to get her to eventually fall asleep. So in my thinking she would use the chloroform to get her to fall asleep and it would be immediate! (hence her mother could quickly resume her partying or texting)

In my estimation, Caylee would then stay asleep because she was little and it was her time to sleep naturally- the hard part seemed for Casey to get Caylee to fall asleep (I am sure many of us as mothers know this scenario very well with at least one of our children?).

I think as a poster mentioned earlier it then progressed to finally taking Caylee's life, which I think was Casey's intention all along anyway.

The searches we learned of today (all of them in order) just reinforced the idea that George and Cindy were part of her potential plan as well (she intended to 'off' them too). I wonder what they were thinking in court today as they were listening to the testimony and knowing full well that she wouldn't need to know half of the stuff that she was researching if her intentions were only to 'take out' a little defenseless toddler!

Poor Caylee... I hope she fell into a blissful sleep with the chloroform never to wake up to this world again, unfortunately I don't in my heart believe that is the way it happened. I think that baby fought for her life in that trunk as the tape was placed around her wrists and then layer, after layer, was placed around her face and head. I think that little spit fire of an angel fought for her life with all her might. Her mother should be so grateful that our system of justice will show her way more mercy then she ever showed Caylee.

That thought really makes me enraged!:banghead:

In the last video of Caylee she didn't appear to me to be a happy child...Just my gut feeling as I watched her sitting on her great grandfather's lap..JMHO

At one point, about 2:29:59 PM today, Stinger said ICA accessed Google search on these related topics 92 times. I wrote that in my notes. At 3:21 PM, Bradley says ICA accessed Facebook 8 times. So they threw in little hints that they knew exactly how many times she accessed certain sites. I'm sure the prosecutors were well aware, too, and knew Baez was going to jump on the amount of time spent at the sites rather than how many times she visited.

Really, one doesn't have to spend a long time on a site, a few seconds will do if one is surfing for information, bookmarking, and printing while moving to the next site. It only takes a few seconds to activate the print process and sticking around until the job is done is unnecessary.

Linda was smart to let JB do all that talking and then hit him with a nice big slam dunk. I'm sure Casey is still boiling mad.
Thank you so much for answering Zoe Bogart! This makes it much clearer but does that mean that the Defence had no idea how many times she had searched for chloroform or were they simply trying to avoid the question?

I hear you --- but not entirely sure what that means as far as posting.

Can we link to sites like the archived ones?

Is there something we should avoid posting here (I already know the 10% rule...)?

Can anyone here get in trouble for something one of us posts?

TIA!

ami, thank you for your questions. In general we are not to discuss moderation in the live links but I think there are a sufficient number of new posters who might benefit from reading the following (and if not, Kimster will ZOT me with her raygun, I know!).

Linking sites is generally ok. Linking to sites that have been referenced in a trial such as this, also generally ok, because we want to sleuth out what is being referenced. But we are a victim-friendly crime forum here at WS, and this forum is not meant to be even so much as a second-hand source for information such as how to make certain items.

Hope that helps, and if not, again, please PM a mod for guidance. :tyou:

And then this was on a HOW TO MAKE CHLOROFORM SITE as well:

If you don't have any dispersing agent, you will need to shovel some sand on the affected area to prevent the gas from diffusing into the room.

It is documented and being tried in Court as a murder. It is okay for him to say that.

I just went and checked my browser history to be certain, but I did watch the ICA hissy fit on WFTV on the Casey cam. It kept on her for quite awhile. At first she was laughing and smiling with Baez, which caught my attention. They seemed to be joking and then she started looking more serious and got very animated and he kept smiling and did not look at her. She kept on going and was really upset, imo. Then the camera view was purposely blocked by one of the female DT team who came around the table and stood in front of Casey.
I watched it, too. She started with Baez, but after he turned away, she really turned it hard on Cheney Mason.

Mason seemed to get the brunt of it, at the end.

Excellent find!

The sandbox wasn't that far from the spot where the cadaver dogs gave their final signal/mark!

I know that both sides usually don't wind up calling all the witnesses on their lists, but I am a little surprised at a few the State left out. If they are going chronologically, shouldn't Jesse Grund have testified before now, maybe with all her other friends? Is it because he did not spend much time with her during that 31 days? Would this tie in with not talking about her sexual history or bad acts before the 16th of June? I guess they don't need to call Sgt. Allen or Cpl Edwards to talk about things that Yuri covered, but didn't they talk to Kc or other people on their own? I am sure there are other people I am wondering about and just can't think of. Is the State streamlining their case to have it move forward quickly and smoothly?
