 I too try to distance myself because going back to the emotions of the day my son died would kill me. I know i could never relive those emotions...ever! Right now a friend is in the hospital with a severe brain injury much like my sons, and i can not bring myself to attach the appropriate emotion to his situation. He's also in the same hospital icu that my son was in and is not expected to survive. I hate it but i just know i can't go there physically or emotionally.

((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((hugs))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))

Handing out my first hug on WS.:grouphug: It is sad to realize that a mother could do something like that. Thank you for your thoughts. I believe the Jury will come to the same realization.

Hug accepted with gratitude. Can't even begin to imagine what REAL jurors, having to look at actual photo's of this wonderful child's remains tossed out like trash, must be feeling. My heart sincerely goes out to each and every single one of them.

So is the DT, it seems. They try to fix every detail that we suggest is missing...

Maybe this is the cause of the shotgun approach being used by the
DT. Because....WE catch everything!

Alittle sick. Don't believe for one second that GA placed this child in this awful place. Don't believe that for a whole slew of reasons. Don't (so far) have any reason to believe a utility worker placed the body in this awful place. And since there is no Zanny the nanny, the mock juror is lead to believe that Caylee's own mother put this child in this awful place. A place for trash.

And that makes the mock juror sick to her stomach.

That is all.

MK, You may have already stated this somewhere... but I am just wondering how much you knew about the case, the A's, etc coming into the trial? Thanks for any insight (because I find the fact that we have a mock juror fascinating!!! just takes me back to the early days when we actually conducted the pizza experiment! (((that was before there was a forum))) ) Anyway thanks for any insight into your background you had on the case...

I am so sorry for your loss. It is just hard to hear about how her remains were found. Caylee deserved better than a wadded up t-shirt that was barely recognizable and a blanket that was not recognizable. :(

It is just hard, for both of us, to go there. And dang them, they made me today.

Maybe I have hardened myself to what we saw today, but I did not get any emotion other than angry. I am angry that complete strangers have more love and compassion than that woman has ever possessed.

On an odd note, just as the the lady took the stand my TV went out. I thought my TV had died. I realized it was the power strip. So I have to watch the majority of the testimony on the computer. Glad it's not my big screen TV. Considering the AC has gone kaput, I think I would **** a brick if the TV went too.

No, he was genuinely comforting her for having to scrape her face raw with kleenex and stick her fingers in her nose and pinch for 45 minutes straight. It's not easy you know...

My daughter told me once: here's how you fake cry, mom - you cover your face with both hands and fake laugh! (when daughter does it, she's very realistic, lol). Someone should have coached ICA in a good fake cry. Surely there are other inmates who know such things...

Again, notice the carefully folded tissue, and wiping with the edge in a delicate, ladylike manner.

We don't notice this in the authentic, angry crying--we see crumpled tissue in a fist.

I don't know for sure, but I really do not think that's true. I think she gets jail food when she goes back to her cell. If someone knows for sure, please correct me if I am wrong.....

I think she gets a bagged jail lunch.

Unless Jose brings her back a doggy bag? lol

Out of boredome yesterday, I went back and read some of the early defense motions. Even reread the "defense team letter of cooperation" the mastermind JB wrote to LEO. Quite funny now. So much like his client....was he lying then, or now....oh wait, his lips are moving.

I especially liked the one where he filed a motion to get his client out of jail to go on a special field trip to show him all the places Zani had the child...hmmmmm

Good refresher here. TY now this makes me want to see JB on the stand and the question being

Mr. Baez did you believe your client in July, 2008 or do you believe your client May, 2011. Please elaborate Mr. Baez and then bring out the letters video tapes interviews etc. Just don't know should question JB.

:maddening: Oh if it could only happen.

Bold mine.,

Dr. G will. :great:

I hope so!
I just never could understand why they didnt match the hair on her remains to the hair in the car that would end all speculation as i see it!

ITA..as far as the SA's CIC, RK is just the guy who found Caylee's remains, that's all. I believe LE would have run background just to verify that he had no other connection to the case, and that's it. The DT is grasping at any straw they can to confuse, take the focus off ICA. JMO

I would also like to add just a few things for DT to connect RK..RK would have had access to the Anthony house, to get Caylee's blanket, the unique duct tape that george used, ohh yea..locate that heart sticker that KC and Cindy would use in their arts and crafts, then also know precisely that KC use to hang around in those very woods behind the school (back in the day)..then go for the reward money later..like about 6 months after Caylee's death....

I guess, for me, that is just too much to swallow...DT made a huge boo boo in pulling too many people into the defenses theory...Should have just went for accident and panic..COurse JB wouldnt know a good defense from a bad one..He seems to go for theatrics to gain notoriety...gotta look for those future avenues ya know!!..JMOO

I would have to agree with you. Anything else would be contraband.

Talking heads were talking the other day about what happens when she goes behind that door. One said she goes right back into hand and waist cuffs and shackels. That she is treated as any other on trial inmate. Back to the holding cell.

Not sure who it was said this, I think it was after court on HLN one after noon.

As far as the SA were concerned RC is just a bystander who called in to report remains found, 3 times in August over three days he had called a hotline and the police letting them know there is something suspicious in the woods. He was ignored until December.

That is his only value, it was the DT who decided RK among many others were responsible, it is now up to the DT to prove it or STHU not the SA.

I agree ! I am wondering about something :

Is it known whether or not Roy Kronk was "reading meters" on Hope Spring Drive around June 16, June 17, June 18, 2008 ? And this is why JB came up with this "outrageously ridiculous story" that he was in the area and may have seen "something" ? I DON"T BELIEVE THIS -- just SPECULATING.

I am sure the SA has looked into Kronk's work records. I hope RK was off on those days ...

Honey I want to  you!

Ya know since day one he has been holding her remember he was told to stop in his jail house visits.
