Wait until Casey gets to prison. If you get sick, there is no immediate medical treatment (unless it's a life threatening situation, and even then transport may take some time). Even getting to see a Dr. for a non emergent illness takes days, sometimes a week or more. She will be in for quite a culture shock. She's going to walk in with a bad rep anyway, so any expectation of special treatment from her, will seal the deal. She's being treated very special now, all that ends when she enters DOC. And, she thinks things are bad now ? HA !

Plea deals taking off table in Dec when Caylee's remain were found.

I don't know why people (not you robotdog) talk about pleas, there is no plea!

People the State of Florida has enough on ICA to put the needle in her arm.

It's too late for any plea deal, but at any time Casey herself could change her plea from "not guilty" to "guilty", and ask for mercy from the court.

I think KC put the Kindercare Day Care sign in the woods. It's too coincidental that the baby was found in those woods and that particular sign would be there.

IMO the sign was another sick gesture on KC's part that ranks right up there along with the red heart sticker.

It appears she also celebrated by drinking a bottle of beer before she left.

I do think that one of her many boyfriends assisted her with the burial. The neighbour of the A's saw a pick up truck in the driveway. At some point, she was probably dropped off at the woods in the middle of the night and the truck may have left and then given her time to do her ugly deed.

KC would have called on her cell to be picked up when she was finished.

Will review her cell phone calls late at night now around that time.

Would also like to know who used the Copenhagen chewing tobacco, which could lead to more clues.

Oh Lord, Wesh talking about the photo when the skull was tilted with the matt of hair all around the base like a big nest, and then four perfect teeth, and they are saying this isn't just a body or just a skull, we need to remember this is little Caylee's skull - we need to remember that.

Making the case that the remains had been there a long time, coupled with the roots and the ball of plants and roots and garbage - a visual impression it had been there for a long time.
This was Bob Keeling who says the State may not have to bring Roy Kronk into this at all since the time is well documented. A brutal brutal day and he thinks the jury is probably glad to be finished for the day.

He also said that photo will be forever seared into his memory.

At one time the camera panned the gallery as all there were looking up at the monitors, and I specifically looked at everyone's faces. All faces were "normal", except Kealing's, whose face showed what I felt was sadness and he seemed very affected by the pic on monitor. I haven't thought much of Mr. Kealing up to this point, but was surprised to see him like this and have much kinder thoughts of him now.

ITA - she wasn't faking, but I think she was remembering how disgusting the sight and smell of Caylee was - her mind took her there whether she wanted it to or not.

IMO she's blocked it all from her mind like it didn't happen and doesn't have anything to 'remember'.

On the upside of this emotionally draining day (at least for us here at WS)-Sunny Hostin on HLN (who is extremely pro-defense) was talking with Mike Galanos and said today was a devastating day for the defense and she is not sure if they can recover from it!!:truce:
I think today was a turning point or tipping point for many. Many were able to actually see or hear how Caylee's beauty and innocence were reduced to remains after being assaulted by scavengers and mother nature because her light was snuffed out and she was discarded in the most disrespectful and evil way that a human could do to a fellow human-much less a mother to her child!!!:maddening:

And Baez, himself, placed Casey at the scene of her child's death, he even described her holding the dead child in her arms, 'as she was crying and crying'....
which was weird because he also said she was incapable of showing grief...

anyway, Baez places the child's dead body in Casey's arms in the Anthony's backyard. [ Even though he tried to bash the cadaver dog testimony]

So now the jury is confronted with these pictures of the tiny skull wrapped in duct tape. And they have all afternoon and evening to reflect upon the few facts they already know.

I don't know - I'm on my 3rd or 4th 32 oz. bottle for the day and I normally drink that much and more. And yes, I sit at a desk all day, I am not working outside or anything!! But I did notice her swigging on that bottle more than usual.

I do not believe for one second that she is sick from water poisoning or even too much water. I was simply answering the question that yes, too much water can make you sick or even kill you. :crazy: I think that the thought of spending the rest of her life in prison is what got her sick, if she is sick at all.

Remember we all heard that ICA thinks:

"Oh my God, I'm such a good liar!"

She knows how to manipulate, obfuscate, control, and distance herlself from anything that is needed (including telling a whopping lie about some imaginary nanny that ook and killed her child). She wanted out of the courtroom - NOW. She knew the only way to get that was to "fall ill". Which she did - and can do quite believeably.

Court resumes tomorrow morning.


From my experience when defendants can't be in the courtroom - they will be made to watch from some room using the courtroom feed with a baliff or two there to tesitfy that she say everything that goes on. I don't believe that will happen in this case at all - HHJP wants her in that courtroom everyday.
