I'm so sick over hearing evidence of what happened to Caylee, it is so hard to hear how her poor little body was ravished by animals - that was truly harrowing testimony this morning.

To add insult to injury, I noticed that a very smart member of the defense team (one lady with a vast amount of trial experience) has drawn "SAD EYEBROWS" onto ICA's face. Don't believe me, I've watched every hearing, I've seen every photo of ICA and she has never, ever, ever had drawn on straight eyebrows like she had today. This is such an obvious and blatant attempt by the defense team to make their client appear, which she herself is incapable of doing, sad. For most of the trial it's been very clear to see the anger waves shooting off ICA, someone in the defense team noticed and decided this wouldn't be such a good look with all the medical testimony.

Add her fake eyebrows to her fake distress and this girl is a truly frightening specimen of a human being.

Each word spoken about what happened to Caylee's body, known events which affected this child's life, and death....I listen to it all, and am so thrilled that there are people in this world who continue to work to uncover the truth from the lies, especially in this case, where the person who should have loved Caylee most, caused the worst to happen. She is speaking (singing, as one poster put it) to everyone about what happened to her, and I am humbled to listen to her tell her story.

i gotta tell ya, all this root talk is making me nervous.....how are they going to explain not finding her in an earlier search?

Because of storms, the area was flooded. It wasn't a place they could safely search.

I thought the deputy that was waiting on ICA to leave the courtroom looked at her with pure disdain and tried to control rolling his eyes while she picked at her mascara to make sure she looked ok. JMO. I did she from reading lips she said she wasn't hungry. I see an early release yet again today.

Me too BetteDavisEyes :tyou:

I do not know how the State and HHJP are handling this creature. Cindy and George...

how did they let her act like this? They had to have allowed and fell for all of this...this is crazy. Rick was right: they are the dumbest parents in the world.

I am none too happy with George and Cindy right now. They raised this monster. Yes, she is a monster of her own right but they HAD to have been letting her get away with this crap, that is insane. They cannot be normal themselves to have accepted this.

Many folks here at WS have suggested that Casey is a sociopath, and that's fine. I doubt there is anyone here who is qualified to "diagnose" Ms. Anthony, including myself. That said, I grew up with a Borderline sister and recognize many of the same characteristics in Casey. Borderlines see everything in black or white - there is no grey. They either love or hate anyone and everyone with whom they come in contact and can change colors at the drop of a hat.

One day, someone can be the Borderline's BFF while the next day, Casey wants to throttle that individual. Everyone tiptoes around the Borderline on eggshells because one never knows what "color" the Borderline sees. Family members live in fear of what the Borderline's next move will be - calling the police, threats of suicide, running away, etc. The "game" never ends because the Borderline always finds a way to get his/her ducks in a row, says "Jump!", and everyone asks, "How high?"

George and Cindy (and Lee) are no different from any other parents/siblings who have lived with a Borderline: They have lived in constant fear of Casey and have learned during the course of this trial that they may very well have been her next targets. jmo

I can't stand that Sunny Hostin. Why doesn't court tv get rid of her??? Or In Session. She sounds so stupid with her ridiculous theories.

:rocker: I totally agree !

:waitasec: The "talking heads" for InSession that have been discussing the Trial are just as "bad" as the programming that is currently on TruTv ...

I just can't take watching that channel any more ... except if they are showing some re-runs of Forensic Files ... but that's about it . . .

KC shrugs off that sweater when she stands up for the jury's exit. Seems to me a contradictory response. I understand the need to wrap up in a blanket for comfort, but then the action of removing it to stand seems strictly vain.

Did you notice "when" she grabbed the cardigan? - this was during testimony of Caylee's blanket winnie the pooh, what does ICA do, she thinks "oh speaking of blankets, I'm cold too must wrap myself up in my cardigan". It is all about ICA.

Perhaps they'll get her some hairspray so she doesn't have to keep fussing with that one flyaway bang.

Otherwise, Casey's tears have no affect on what the jurors are hearing. Contrived smells like contrived to nearly everyone nowadays. Snooki from the Jersey Shore elicits more sympathy.

I noticed first thing this morning, ICA kept pulling on and picking at her nose with the tissue.......old acting trick-pulling out a nose hair to make tears well up in eyes.....just saying......

IMO, she took off the blanket/shawl b/c she didn't need it anymore; the jury was leaving or left at that point. It isn't for comfort, it's for effect, IMO.

And as soon as recess is announced, she quickly goes into her *tense, jutting jaw and open mouth angry* demeanor. She was pissed. If she were really shaken and needed comfort, that shawl would have stayed on her. MO
And she would have taken the Kleenex with her.

I totally agree. She actually thought she was smarter than everyone, she failed to realize people actually went to college for subjects she can not even pronounce!

And the same goes for the DT.

i gotta tell ya, all this root talk is making me nervous.....how are they going to explain not finding her in an earlier search?

Hopefully they'll call Tim Miller as a witness and he'll say the area was under water (as it was after torrential rains brought forth by Tropical Storm Fay) and that he didn't want to search with his equipment there while the water levels were too high for fear of ruining any evidence. Remember, Caylee was out there for at least 31 days before Tropical Storm Fay..before the area, which is low-lying like a retention pond, was drench...and that left plenty of time for the animals to get to her. Then the storm came before anyone really had an opportunity to search there. I remember because the storm happened before Texas Equusearch got out there, when some were just doing private searches.

Must remember to take great comfort in this.

Yep, the nano second she steps through the doorway, two or more deputies are waiting for her. She gets a through pat down for any contraband. Then the shackles and cuffs are placed on her before she can move a few steps. She's fortunate from the fall she took, NOT her fault either ( the elevator door did not come to a stop even with the floor) HHJP allowed her shackles to be removed immediately before she enters the courtroom. Other defendents are not.

One more thing I have to get off my chest. So Cindy would rather fight with this unusual daughter of her's than just protect Caylee?

Yeah, Cindy loved Caylee but not as much as she hates Casey.

Do you think she will implode or have a spontaneous combustion?

TBH I think she will stand up and scream that it's not fair and it's all CA/GA/JB/someone's fault that she's there right now! So.. spontaneous combustion? :waitasec:

Actually I'd kinda like to see it happen! :rocker:

No, you aren't lost...have you ever watched the last night of a season ender on TV where they mention something big but just leave you hanging so you will tune in next season? Well there you have it.

We got to the part in openings by Baez, of George standing yelling at ICA with a dead drowned Caylee in his arms....and then we cut to the teasers for the next stage, including Kronk, and late placing of remains, yabba, dabba doo-doo, but we didn't actually get to hear how exactly it all went down - according to the Defense Team.

See, I wondered this, too. But it seems like Jose went too far, in that if it was an accidental drowning (which from what I understand, he doesn't have to prove; only provide 'reasonable doubt' that the State's case isn't sound), he should have never had to worry about the forensics of how Caylee's body was finally discovered. In other words, why would he need to discredit how long Caylee was in those woods if his theory is she drowned and was discarded in an 'ugly coping moment' or by George?

i gotta tell ya, all this root talk is making me nervous.....how are they going to explain not finding her in an earlier search?

Because the area was under water for months and they were unable to search the area. (A hurricane blew through and saturated that area.) This was during the TES search and why Tim Miller called off the search. They lost an ATV trying to get through the area when it sunk.

Tim Miller said it was the best decision he has ever made because they surely would have driven over the remains and destroyed what little evidence was left by the time Caylee's remains were discovered.

I am sorry but I have to say again, my mind is BLOWN that Cindy and George allowed Casey to be with Caylee!

Let that crazy <modsnip> go off where ever she wants to go! But protect Caylee!

No excuse. None. :snooty: You KNOW Casey pulled this crap her WHOLE life!

I started out this way...went to feeling sorry for them because they lost their Grandbaby...but you can bet your bippy if ICa was in this house...that baby would still be alive and she would be stripped of her parental rights...she woulda had some serious psych tx early on. I can say that because I have actually done it...my daughter is BPD...and she had tx from 8-21 when she refused further tx...she has been warned that Mom will go to court and take her children should she ever once mistreat or neglect them. That is what is difficult for me to understand CA as a Mother...where were your maternal instincts to protect?????
