I think CM is trying to say that the hair mat was holding the mandible in place, not the duct tape.

I think he scored a mini point here.

CM is calling the ME Dr. G.Very disrespectful in court and intentional,IMO

CM just because you talk loud doesn't mean you are making any points with this witness.

I hope that video tape in the brain plays over and over. Like her waking up at AL house in night sweats/terrors from dreams. I want it to bother her.

Exactly. Her nightmares/nightime anxiety attacks were because she knew what she did. There is no remorse only fear of getting caught and now remaining in jail for the rest of her life...or the DP.

This guy (CM) reminds me with his tone of one of the defense lawyers in the OJ case with his brush tone. Does anyone remember his name?

As horrible as it would be for the jury, I really hope they find a way to post the skull picture with the duct tape over it (the one that is front facing) over and over to the jury today to burn it into their minds. I also hope they show several alive pictures of Caylee. I have wondered why they don't show more videos or pictures of (alive) Caylee anyway. Those jurors need to see her sweet baby face so they can remember that when they go to deliberate.

Why is the defense questioning anything about the duct tape if their theory is that KC did not dispose of the body?

I think they want to say the duct tape was placed there by Kronk or by someone to stage a scene. IMO

She looks like she is trying to give herself a headache. My forehead hurts just looking at this image.

Her forehead hurts because of those horns pokeing through it! :floorlaugh:

Will the defense explain why Caylee was found with clothing if she drowned? Wouldn't she have been in a swimsuit?

If it were an accidental drowning due to Caylee getting out of the house byh herself and falling(?) into the pool then no. It makes sense that it would be clothes and not a swimsuit.

IMO, her facial grimaces are supposed to show "righteous indignation"....how could ANYONE blame poor lil 'ol me for such a monstrosity...to put it in CM's vernacular....:maddening:

witness excused

I just really don't think I can take another day of her "performance". All I could think yesterday when they recessed early was that, once again, she controlled the situation. It did nothing but reinforce her thoughts that she is the Queen of the Court. *gag*

Jurors seem perplexed by why it's important mandible didn't fall off but all perk up when says doesn't know how Caylee died
