How in the world is RK a big hole? All he did was use his head, look around, see a place that might be a dumping place (probably the only one in the vicinity of the house), and find Caylee. If the LE guy had done his job in August they would have found her before Faye, and have much more forensic evidence AND cause of death. It's nuts that Kronk is anything more than the guy who found Caylee.
 
So.........AL's infers that the motive was KC wanting to party.

TO ME.....that says she bought in to the DT kool-aid. She based many of her motions on the interpretation of a "good mother"....BUT........

IMO....the more evident motive was the dysfunctional relationship between KC and CA. That KC killed Caylee to spite her mother. Kind of like....."If I can't have her then nobody will have her!"

The DT seemed to zero in on the party girl image. Why? iMO because they anticipated that the "motive" offered by the SA would indicate KC's desire to party was stronger than her desire to be a good mom.

I am in awe of the SAO for NOT putting on an official "MOTIVE" portion of their presentation. They have left it up to the jury to interpret.

AL opines that the SA is afraid to call Roy Kronk. I see that comment as a real tell. She KNEW that RK was a target SODDI. After all...it was her own personal private investigator that elicited non sworn statements from Kronk's ex-wife and put them on video.....and might I add......a highly edited video.

Mort Smith has his very own thread here on WS. Let's not forget his shady operations.

AL is repeatedly trying to distance herself from the case.....hmmmmmmmmmmmm perhaps some personal preservation applies.

Excactly! Or the SA could play the tape of ICA scowling intently at the video of her duct-tape daughter while the jury is out, then play the one of her thinker-pose while the jury is in.

That motive also kind of got thwarted when CAs myspace could not come in. I wonder why Diary of Days wasn't presented; was it because it was a reply to the myspace? Does anyone even use myspace anymore? Sorry I digress.
 
Patti Wood Body Language Expert - Look of contempt on Casey's face

Robin Sax - tries to show sadness, looks bothered, does not show enough emotion

Dr. Drew - sees disassociation

Wood - personality changes so rapidly, contempt to anger to blankness; signals ability to disassociate

Drew - will the defense use this to bolster their case

Sax - would be dangerous to do so

Wood - "timing of the tears" Casey cries when they talk about things that talk about her or will possible happen to her

Drew - that is when psychopaths and sociopaths have feelings

Sax - let's not forget the pictures of when she was partying in the bar

911 call played:

Drew - alludes to Cindy being hysterical, Casey's emotions shown when she talks to LE

Wood - Casey's voice has very little intonation until she talks about the car being gone, not about her child

Drew - compares Cindy's change of emotions as compared to Casey

Wood - (with Cindy) everything matched and it speaks to the person being honest and speaking the truth

Drew - Cindy as emotionally shattered

Wood - Casey showing contempt at Cindy being emotionally shattered

Drew - is there history of Casey having a head injury?

Sax - there was definitely some injury to her head (sarcastically)
 
How does Dr. Drew, callers, and some experts come to the conclusion that Casey accidentally drugged Caylee to death with Chloroform after she ran out of money to buy xanax. It's crazy. Casey stole so much money from her mom and grandparents that she could have had xanax without resorting to researching and making chloroform. She stole lots of money after the computer searches back in March and there is NO evidence that she ever left Caylee in the trunk drugged while she partied. Caylee slept with Ricardo and her, she took her to parties, and the family babysat. She had only spent the night with Tony and had a few dates after Caylee went missing. It doesn't fit, and doesn't fit with all the evidence.

I have to imagine if you really looked into it most have had that said about them. Good mother father sister son husband......... Two that stick out to me recently as exception that prove the rule were Jarod Loughner whom everyone said was dangerous including his family and ICA whom it was said was such a good liar.
 
YIKES! The show I'm watching...turns out the daughter accidentally killed someone and the coach moved the body and covered it up. And I thought I was getting away from this case by watching this!

Dr. Drew opines on our narcissistic society.......yet he gives airtime to random people who wait in line to see the trial?

Pot feeding the kettle? Dr. Drew the Enabler??
 
Casey's main visible emotion is to sit and sniff while pursing her mouth looking contemptuously during the trial. It looks like she thinks she's the queen of England.

No I said he was thought to be a good husband before the murders. That was my point. Just because people are thought to be good parents, spouses, children, etc. doesn't mean they can't commit murder.

All of the people she had very superficial relationships have commented that they thought she was a good mother.
But, CA, the person who saw her with Caylee the most, called her an Unfit Mother, and not just once in anger, but numerous times according to ICA and LA- How many times did she call her that in two years of this litle child's life and nothing was done. Either it was true, or CA takes these callous words very lightly..
Then called her Mother of the year when trying to cover up what she'd done..
