OKAY. LDB tried to get JB to agree that he was not going to blindside them tomorrow and start his presentation. He said ' I don't have to answer that'---she replied YES, you do,---

But I don't think he ever agreed to her request. Is he going to try something sneaky tomorrow?

Okay, I feel a little sick about having to listen to JB making smarmy comments about how today is three years since Caylee drowned and the defendant is going to pretend to cry a lot.

I missed the whole tattoo guy Bobby. Hln is all commercials so I got up to do something quick, came back, commercials and then when he came back again another commercial, the he was getting off the stand!!!!

And as a personal observation, it appears to me the defense rather orchestrated the state into pushing their final presentation into tomorrow, so that the defense could start their case on the 3rd anniversary of Caylee's death. Prepare yourselves for massive sniffling from the defendant with another wad of tissues.

This was some of the worst behavior yet.

I hope the jury saw CA mouth ' I love You ' to Casey. That just shows that she is not trying to harm her with her truthful testimony, and it might also warn them that Cindy might even try to help her in her way of testifying or 'misremembering' things. imo0

Judge Perry seems to be getting a little grumpy; and he's still great!

If I was Judge Perry, I'd be loving the SA for staying on schedule and being ultra-organized. Casey's carp and her DT have already cost the state of Florida way too much. I hope the Judge can keep the DT reeled in so they don't wander all over the place for months. Justice for Caylee is so close... Just a little longer...

The jury should learn what the tat means, but if I were on the jury, just the fact that she got the tat while her baby was dead would be enough to make me sick.

And the meaning of Bella Vita isn't too hard to work out, IMO. My husband is Italian, so maybe that's just my perception from listening to him and his family. At any rate, I thought the State tightened their case today.

I'm disgusted that CM demanded that the state rest even if it meant that the jury would be in court for a short period of time just so that they could further desecrate Caylees memory by starting ICA's defense, Caylees killer on 6/16.:maddening:

I have no words for this to describe how immoral this is.:furious:

I don't believe in wishing others any kind of pain or suffering but I hope that it really backfires on them, and this is all I can say to prevent a TOS.

O/T. I rewound a couple of hours of HLN last week just to check. There was one 15 minute stretch of trial, but for the most part it was roughly 5 minutes of trial, then 4 to 5 minutes of commercials. There was one place where it was 3 minutes of trial and then 4 minutes of ads. Absolutely ridiculous.

I HOPE they did that on purpose. Caylee's presence will be very strong that day, and she will have her way and it will not be a good day for the killer, imo.

The jury will be highly aware it is the anniversary of Caylee's DEATH, and that cannot bode well for the inmate, no matter how smarmy the attorney greets them that day.

ITA. Casey sure picked a two word tattoo with such obvious meanings for the two words. Seriously, this girl just isn't smart at all.
