And...I'm wondering the importance of this, too. Is perhaps the shirt something that Casey purchased with "stolen" funds? Is this a way to bring in the felonies?

ICA had a "Zanny Kit" - one that no one else saw - she filched the blanket from the bed, and one day she probably picked up the shirt on one of her missions. She used it when she hauled Caylee around from bed to bed. It belonged only to ICA - and Caylee, right up until the time she was found dead in it.

I think it has more to do with the slogan on the shirt. The fact that Cindy would NEVER buy her grand daughter a shirt that said that.

I know---but after everything ICA has done---including refusing their visits. It is surprising she' is STILL trying to get ICA to love her.

I have 5 kids and i Love them so much! I can never ever see myself not loving them, no matter how bad they could turn out. imo

So will the state be able to define the tat for the jury tomorrow morning? Having to wait another day sounds like it would HARM not help the DT team since they will have 24 hours to ruminate on the meaning without Baez's distractions.

The defense just said that they couldn't "reschedule" their first witnesses.

Today was the worst day watching this trial. I kept ritching (Pa Dutch, LOL) around in my seat and knots in my stomach. It is sort of anti-climactal, like watching a suspence movie.

But I don't think he ever agreed to her request. Is he going to try something sneaky tomorrow?
