He obviously does not watch the NG Entertainment show. Last night she practically screamed at one of her panel when they commented that this was all a circumstantial case- "Of COURSE it is, most of them are, and that is often more reliable than direct evidence like eye witnesses'..... she has prosecuted (and won) zillions of circumstantial evidence cases.
