Oh boy - now moving to the bugs at the recovery site. Bugs typical - missing was the early colonizaton of blow flies. Highly unusual.
A readily accessible body - should have been there - no good reason at the scene as to why they shouldn't be there. Body was moved or transported from another location.
So this guy is responsible for the whole moving the body theory! I was wondering where it came from!
I can't - just can't wait for JA to get up!!!

And the best part is...JA is just letting him (Dr. H) did his own hole deeper and deeper!

ALSO...do you guys think that one of the DT is following this thread in real time???? I think so ... as such I don't mention certain points I'd like to make.

It may have been. The point I was trying to make was, if it was in a closed bottle (be it Sprite or Crystal Light), how are flies attracted to it? I highly doubt it.

I agree. I don't think a good expert would be comfortable making these claims without actually seeing the evidence. Of course ,JB may have mislead him a bit.

It's not $$$ but it would be a huge feather in his cap if he could get a jury to believe his testimony over his mentors.

He's a young guy who really wants to make a name for himself as a learned scientist.

In some of the garbage pictures it shows a fluid on the outside of the bag and on the paper the garbage bag was wrapped up in. I always thought that probably came from the dumpster.

i can debunk that myth right here and now, my husband dips skoal and spits in cups, bottles and empty coke cans and i have never ever seen any flies! he has left them in his car in the hot houston heat for weeks and all that ever happens is it stinks! (and i get nauseous, lol) he is WRONG on this, sorry

I agree as well. DH has been spitting Copenhagen in bottles, cups, etc since we met 20+ years ago & they frequently are left to stew in our South FL heat (outside, in garage, on screened patio, in car....) for days, hours, weeks at a time & I have NEVER seen ANY insects in or around them. This is just not accurate info by this "expert". IMO & vast experience

I am getting frustrated. The legal system is hard to deal with because of the amount of things that are kept from a jury. Im sorry but this guy has not done any testing on this evidence. He is stating opinions based on pictures??? Am I understanding this right.

And his pig experiment didn't even take into account that Caylee was bagged. IMO, this guy should have never been allowed to testify, but my guess is HHJP allows it because it's a death penalty case.

Nothing he's saying pertains to Caylee at all.

I hope JA destroys his testimony.

My husband's younger brither moved in with us and spit into water bottles and hid them in his room (he wasn't suppose to be chewing in our house) and we don't use air conditioing. Our house doesn't get direct heat but that room did reach temps of over 85 degrees in the summer and my house was NOT infested with flies - nor was the bedroom he used (and we found MANY, MANY bottles of tobacco spit under the bed, around the bed, hidden in the closet)
