It's really no longer about the body, this is going to come down to the SA convincing the jury Casey is the ONLY one who had access to that car and know one else or the DT convincing the jury that other people other than Casey were involved. Such as GA, LA, Roy Kronk..................scary!
I guess it comes down to which side told the better story!

Of course just to make it clear, no doubt in my mind ICA did this all by herself....

Remember, when she was out on bond and staying at the house, she was sleeping every night KNOWING Caylee was in the swamp at the end of the street. She admitted that with the drowning story.

Bill Shaeffer said they called this guy 7 days before Caylee was identified. How would the defense of known it was Caylee. How would the defense know because KC told them where Caylee was.
I am sure the SA will pick up on this. This is very telling

Especially since it was LKB - does everyone but me remember her being involved that early? How did she/Baez know there was to be any "junk science" involved before they even had a body? I just don't remember when she came on board. Can anyone clarify for me?
