I think the judge is bending over backwards for casey and the defense because he is trying to make sure he does everything right, and where does it stop?. When does Caylee come first?

This is going to come across as harsh, but the judge's first priority in this case is the law. He must make sure that the law is being followed to the letter, by both sides. If he's making a ruling for the DT, it's because the law, in his view supports the DT. Same with the state.

This isn't some football game, where it's who scores a touchdown and gets the most points.

Don't give up on him yet. He has an outstanding record on convictions sticking and not being over turned. We may not agree with what is happening, but no doubt in my mind he is doing it to keep this conviction we will see from being overturned.

Hang in there, don't give up on HHJP, he's crossing his t's and dotting his i's.

I agree. HHJP has been doing an amazing job and I think as another poster pointed out if he didn't spank the SA a few times too he'd look incredibly biased. It irked me that JB got away with texting but HHJP does have to give the DA some points some times.

But the bags would change things. We do not know how big the hole was or how long it took before there was a hole and some leaking. It may have been leaking on the last day or so, and that is all. imoo
