Well, I'm just not willing to give up sleeping in on Saturdays, not even for the Casey case! But boy, I could have melted my iPad as I reading and catching up on it!

I didn't even know it was Saturday, that's how pathetic I am. I was shocked to discover this at 1:00.

I went up to the trial archives thread and photos and it looks to me like when Casey was wearing lavender, George was wearing one of those blue oxford shirts.

I'm going to leave this distinguished group now cause I just found out that there's a video somewhere I need to see of a man walking on the moon!!!! :silly: LOL thanks Dani...:blowkiss:

Nite all..where's my blanket....
:offtobed:

Sorry...you posted as I was typing. I have felt this way for some time now, but i can't make 3 pieces of tape work with this....still working on it. :banghead:

That's because three pieces of tape won't work with it! There is no reason to tape up a child's mouth and nose without thinking you will kill them. Caylee didn't die by accident, or from neglect, she was intentionally killed, IMO.

I knew it was supposed to do that, but whenever I try it the image freezes and stops loading. It works for my son and daughter and they have the same kind of lap top, but mine just freezes. Oh well.

Try a different browser. I find Google Chrome runs anything, when my other browsers won't. There are days I have 3 browsers open.

Regarding the color of the shirt GA was wearing in court on 6/17/11 (whether or not it was purple), this youtube clip at about 30:11 into the video shows GA in the court room. I'd quote others who have remarked about the shirt color, but I don't post often enough to remember how to quote, although I realize I could look it up. HTH

I caught that stifled laugh too!
He is Mr. Jay - Tony L's attorney!

Actually that guy in the upper right, in the pic with JB getting reamed, is Anthony Colisario, a reporter for a local Orlando station.

You might be interested to read what Magpie has to say about Dr. Spitz in her report that is front and center as you open the link to the main page of the hinky meter. She had an interaction with him as they both entered the courtroom and she found him to be quite "old world" and charming. On the way in that is.....

Oh I am so glad I was not the only person to feel that way! My initial evaluation changed rapidly. Don't the attorneys vet the witnesses they hire? This question applies to more witnesses than Dr. Spitz alone.

:waitasec: I'll never understand why it's soooo difficult to believe a mother would ruthlessly and premeditatedly murder her own daughter.

Let's simply change the people involved What if the exact same circumstances occurred with a man and his dead wife? Would you think it was some sort of accident? Heck no! Guess what...this was NO accident! imo

Casey is a classic murdering psychopath. Nothing special about her.... She continually violated the rights of others by lying and stealing. She has no attachments to anyone. She uses people to meet her own needs, she uses them and when they're all used up...she discards them. Like her parents and brother. She has no remorse, she's only sorry she's in jail. She's not like normal people...she has no conscious, empathy, fear or respect for social norms. She's not even a "real" person...she's empty inside...anything & EVERYTHING you see is a facade.

She's not even a "good" psychopath, usually they are quite skilled at MIMICKING appropriate feelings. She certainly isn't even a "good" liar, she stinks at it. She's not particularly bright either.

She could look at photos of her dead daughter's remains everyday and feel nothing. She'll do well in prison...psychopaths always do.

I agree with everything you have stated here regarding ICA. I have personal experience dealing with someone very much like her, and I have no doubt in my mind...NONE...that she murdered Caylee. I was simply stating what my heart doesn't want to believe and is struggling to accept. It was certainly not my intention to upset you, or anyone else here., and I apologize if I have.

Maybe because Dr Spitz's "check is in the mail" along with all the others, he had a case of CRS (can't remember s it)

Mason asked the Judge to tell the jury "something" to explain why there is a new witness in front of them, and what happened to the previous witness before they went to break.
The Judge said - so, what do you want me to tell them? the truth?
Mason said he would tell them.
Then the Judge said if you do that, then I will let Ashton say something also.
The the Judge said I will tell them something ... and he came up with the accomodating the out-of-town witness, on the spur of the moment before the jury came back in.
Only thing is, the first witness Dr. Rodriguez is also an "out of town witness" and had already told the jury he was working in Washington, DC - he lives in Maryland.

That interested me too. I think he handled it with grace. He did not lie. He told the jury something about accommodating a witness "from out of town." This was true. That is ALL he said.

Padilla was on the fox news with Judge Janine and he said KC chloroformed Caylee the night of June 15th and Caylee died that night. Does that go against most of the other time frames that have been discussed? Was that too early? Also, supposedly she did not go out the night of the 15th?

Why did Dr. S say there was hair placed on the skull for a photo? What was that all about?

I posted something similar to this thought on another thread, but I still feel the same so I'm paraphrasing my previous sentiment. Watching this trial IMO is like watching a match between the National Geographic and the National Inquirer. The defense insults the jury by bringing them trashy unbelievable stories mouthed in their opening statement and echoed by their paid witnesses - witness who seem to believe that the outcome of their testimony will be fame instead of infamy.

Good morning everyone..

I was thinking last night about how many people in the public think this was an accident and cover up by Casey, way to many for me to be comfortable.

I believe Casey is 100 percent guilty and I want justice for Caylee so bad I can taste it, but I am worried about how many people believe this was an accident.

If the jurors were to believe that is what happened, I wonder what they would charge her with, or would they let just her go, any thoughts?

Don't worry.

All the chloroform doesn't fit with the accident story, imo. And even when you accidently "chloroform" your kid, it's aggravated child abuse.

I know Nali, and you know that, but worried that evidence may not be strong enough for ALL the jurors...

I will settle for Aggravated manslaughter of a child, that would still get her life.

Another thing that sticks in my mind is the jurors having sympathy for Cindy and George and may want to go a little easy.

I need to get a grip this morning, I know.

She will be found guilty..She will be found guilty...She will be found guilty...
She will be found guilty...She will be found guilty...She will be found guilty...
