CM: so somebody had to do it.

somebody had to do it

CM: no further questions.

It's a ME conspiracy! He could tell you horror stories! This guy is definitely a few fries short of a happy meal. Smooth move, DT!

Can you imagine yourself...sitting around a campfire at night...singing KumBayAh and this guy starts telling Ghost Stories????
He would scare the poop out of me.

ohh myyyy...wow, just wow.

The Dr. says the pic was "Staged"...

That her hair was moved to stage the picture...

Unbelievable...

Mouth hanging open here...the gall...

I'm not. Unfortunately I've seen him testify before. He'll say anything.

This is so ridiculous...and a waste of time. The jury can't possibly be taking any of this testimony seriously. If anything, the jury is probably angry with the defense for putting on this show. Not helping their theories at all.

But I still feel JB will cause a mistrial at some point...I don't think he cares about consequences, I think he is determined not to be the losing lawyer of record in a conviction. I doubt he plans to "lawyer" again...

Oh no now he's complaining that somebody manipulated the skull because it didn't walk there on the ME's table to be photographed.

FGS. Do skulls walk in his office??

Caylee could have walked if her mom didn't suffocate her.

WFTV saying Kathy Belich said two jurors smirked during the testimony.

Well, if he can break the skulls, they can rearrange the hair. Fair is fair.

So "manipulated" has a negative connotation, but Dr. S uses the word to mean it was moved by someone to get the photo. WTG!

OMG Spitz just said that someone w/ME's office took some hairs & placed them over the skull

Caylee is looking down on all of this shaking her head, too. All she wanted is to be loved and do all the things little girls enjoy doing. :heartbeat:

Do you as a mock juror believe anything this dr. is testifying to? It sounds ridiculous to me. Wonder what the other mock juror thinks??

The claim that the duct tape was applied after decomposition in order to hold the mandible in place never made sense to me. It's preposterous.

The witness's testimony about the duct tape is ludicrous, IMO.

I really do feel sorry for Dr. Spitz in a wee way.

An aside....this case has a curse like the Hope diamond...

Th.at was a joke - one that the florida taxpayers should be mad as hell at, no laughing
