If Baez were failing like a bunch of you feel he is, why is JA objecting to every other question??

Because he's feeling sorry for Baez that his own witness refuses to be paid to stick to what the defense wants. He's there for the truth, not BS!

I think that was what the last sidebar was about and HHJP said Baez could stand there so he is being a child and refusing to move from his little spot. My opinion only.

I have never seen anything like this. When you think they have to ask if they can approach the witness to hand them a copy of their previous testimony for them to review.....this is unreal. He's been standing there reaching over the side of the witness stand repeatedly.

I don't think Baez has any plan. No rhyme or reason to have these people on the stand. He drags them up to try and discredit them but he has no idea what they might say or what he is really looking for. No goal. Just takes up time and talks minutae for no reason. This testimoney is a big nothing. Then when Baez argues the case he will just make up something using some aspect of what this guy said. He will just invent a closing argument using this stuff somehow.

Because Baez is attempting to testify by continually asking leading questions on direct.

I think by being at the witness stand, Baez thinks he can literally lead this witness. I'm surprised Baez didn't try to lasso him and make him go Baez where wanted! Sheesh.

Us too, lost power and satellite numerous times today...worst was when Yuri was up but so glad it's stayed on for "Dr. Wise..the "chemist" testimony really would've hated to miss this!

JB acts as though they just throw stuff around in the lab and don't worry about contamination at all. It's a laboratory for pete's sake! They don't want to contaminate all their samples and go to they extremes to make the results of their tests repeatable time after time after time. It's part of the scientific method.

Since JB is standing up there for this long period of time beside the witness...if in the future ICA takes the stand, will the SA be able to stand next to ICA as she is asked questions?
Now that the DT's witness doesn't say what JB wants the jury to hear, he tries to refute the DT's testimony? He called him to be the DT's witness. Too insane.
