What was the purpose of bringing in Lee again to cry? I don't get it...to just make the family look a bit more dysfunctional since they did not talk more about the pregnancy?

I thought he was trying to kill two birds with one stone. Make good on his OS about family secrets, how the jury would hear a little piece here and another little piece there...also, he needed to make the jury believe that the family HID Casey's pregnancy.

I've always thought that if anything ever happened between LA and ICA, that it was mutual..or young brother&sister experimenting (believe it or not, happens more often than you'd want to believe.) I just cant see Princess ICA being MADE to do anything like that against her will without throwing a fit of massive proportions. JMO!!!

He always has on a nice suit, wire rimmed glasses, that kind of longish hip hairstyle and a sweet boyish puppy dog face, right? I see him with a laptop but that's all the clues I've got. BTW - I have a 4 year old daughter who has trouble still opening our sliding glass doors..but maybe the A's just have really light doors. JMO.

I am pretty sure the jury will dismiss this whole pregnancy thing. We all know people who deny or don't tell about their pregnancies until they are very far along.
I think CA knew the truth but knew better than to keep confronting ICA, knowing the truth would have to come out sometime and didn't want ICA to freak out. The jury is ignoring it- I'd bet some good moeny on it.

Oh I guess I should add the only proof we have that Caylee went swimming with grandma, is grandma said she did and Cindy lies like a rug, I don't believe she went swimming at all.

I just have to add a few things (military family for 20 years)

1) JAG will make mincemeat pie of Jose if that happens

2) Dr. R signed certain things when becoming employed with the DoD which includes him not taking on side show jobs as an expert witness

3) They (dod) have every right to fire him even for going as far as he did (he started to testify...)

4) Dr. R didn't even mention this to his supervisor to get permission (which would have been denied) and they saw him on teevee so trust me... JAG most likely already is involved/consulted anyhow.

5) how will hhjp handle that: he will have the captain testify who will have JAG present and they will have all the policies in front of them... short and sweet. Everyone will go home and Dr. R may be out of a job.

WOW what JVM is saying about her 23 floor ride in the elevator with GA CA, LA and the Attorney. Saying Ga was holding a Bible facing the wall while CA and LA were whispering. She is suggesting they are corroborating against GA. Did anyone else hear that?

I did not hear that... I heard that JP might wait for Saturday morning before giving jury instructions because they would have to be separated until the next morning since deliberations will follow clock hours. The court officer said on JVM, the one who is in charge of the jurors in this case as well as security in the courthouse, that the jurors WILL deliberate on the 4th. So, I think this means that JP is looking at Next Sat, the 2nd, as the beginning of deliberations.

I can see Jb dragging this out b/c I personally think the jurors will rush their decision to get out by the 4th if this is the case and that is never good for the defense unless it is a slam dunk for them, which this is not. If he can drag it out and have them not be done with testimony UNTIL the 2nd (Sat.) JP might recess everyone until the 5th. Or he might not, but I think the DT might try and take that risk.

Colorado, you made me think (no small feat)--the DT is in a bad spot either way. If the arguments end Thurs or Friday, the jury starts on Friday or Saturday and there's the risk that they will rush to be done by the holiday... or the State finishes their argument on Saturday, and the jury gets a full day and a half with what will no doubt be a very powerful SA closing ringing in their ears.

I am leaning toward the DT pulling stunts to drag it out (while blaming it on the SA) in a way that deliberations can't start until after the holiday.

I have also thought about the absence of shoes (and socks) and I think it means that Casey killed her inside the house.

Also, I wonder if the prosecution will ever bring up the fact that the child was wearing a t-shirt and shorts when dumped. If she snuck out of the house early morning before anybody saw her, wouldn't she be wearing pajamas?

And, because she always wore a swimsuit to go swimming, wouldn't you think she would try to put one on, and not go in her little jammies?

But, I guess I could imagine her going in her birthday suit, since Cindy used to let her do that at then end of the swim for a treat. But, it doesn't quite explain everything else that smacks of premeditated murder in this horror story.

Hi, All! This is my first post, although I have been reading in here for a few weeks now. After watching CA lie yesterday, I couldn't wait to get home to watch NG rip her a new one...but instead, I got to see her sympathize with her. Ugh! But at least I have all of you around to help me remember I am not crazy.

I caught most of LA's testimony today-creeptastic. I read about famous juror #4.

My only comfort is that I felt this exact same way after JB's opening statement. Then it got better.

Anyway, done with my rant. What was the deal with the pool pics today? Was CA trying to say that she now somehow believes that Caylee drowned? Why, then, sit next to George? Why look for Zanny? I am confused.
