unfortunately the real jury never knows why the are running late

I sometimes forget that, even though I do know it.

But I do think it's a good thing that juries aren't aware of what causes hold ups, because in truth, knowing it's the defense team doing this DOES make me biased to them. It shouldn't, but it does.

attys called court reporter and all went into back room. They just came out and now ICA went back there also. So she is with all attys and court reporter, I assume the judge is also with them. IMO
