ICA tells JB...JB knowing that LE is smart enough to look for a trail then goes to payphone, calls psychic person to give tip....psychic person calls tip line...GA/CA give tip to DC....all the while they all knew :banghead:

Were on the phone with a psychic who was guiding them from Virginia?
