I have definitely lost my sense of humor this morning. Torturing a witness because of the ramblings of a murderer makes me feel ill.

I am not sure how GA is going to make it. I can hardly believe JB is doing this...

Got my fingers slammed in the door too...but me thinks I should have been sitting on them...therefore the door slam saved me from a time out...

Sigh....

So...who else does the DT have on the docket for the day...or will they rest.

Doesn't look fake to me. And I think he's using a cloth handkerchief. JMO

Someone asked Jim Lichtenstein how George came across in person (JL is sitting a couple rows back behind the prosecution) and he said it was very sincerely affecting from within the room. Several people in the gallery were crying as well. :(

I might be willing to consider the DP now.

ITA. I would seem to me if I were a juror, that if I don't believe what the DT has put on in their case (IOTW, she's guilty but of what) that this would lead me to believe that to go to these outrageous lengths, she must be guilty of what the SA has said. I just think by taking this route you more convince people that you are guilty as charged.

Question for everyone: Did JB ever smell Casey's trunk?

Well I know he went with Dr Lee that day he looked at it, but I'm sure the waft of his Aqua Velva overpowered even the smell of human decomposition. :loser:

Judge Eaton saying huge mistake by DT to bring in suicide, that the suicide note will exonerate GA

I hope that HHJP rules it can be allowed in evidence to refute Baez's allegations. He seemed a tiny bit iffy on the point, hasn't ruled yet, but I believe he will let it in.

I also hope when SA introduces it there can be some kind of way to seal that particular piece of evidence from the general public.

I am so glad that George is telling the truth. What he has said on the stand today has been the most human and truthful words ever in this whole case(other than LDB and JA) for Caylee. I hope he has the strength to follow through.

When he said he needed to be with Caylee, that was truth. I could understand that and relate to that. It is a sad thing when someone feels they need to take their life, and even more sad when it happens-all human beings understand those feelings. Those feelings make more sense to me than Casey who did not feel those feelings.

Hope I am making sense. I don't want to say "anyone" would feel suicidal(I have been inpatient for suicidal thoughts twice in my life, when I was younger)because I don't want to make a statement like that but I just mean it makes more sense IMHO for a person who is grieving to react like George and not like Casey. Even if you had been sexually abused. Go George.

:twocents:

If the inmate takes the stand...I hope it's tomorrow, I'm off. hehe

GA looks so fake when he breaks on the stand. No wet tears. his tissue holds up. It is flat out sick. IMO.

Are you watching the same trial? When HHJP asked him if he needed a break he was sobbing with tears streaming down his face. His "tissue" is holding up because it's a handkerchief, not a kleenex tissue. I saw a totally broken man, not an inmate pretending to be sad.

Was it just me or did JB seem to be making a mockery out of GA's suicide attempt. He kept referring to six beers and blood pressure medicine. Who cares what avenue he tried? Suicide should never be taken lightly nor referred to in a condescending tone.

Is it called "throwing her under the bus" when George is telling the truth? Or when JB throws lies/speculation about sexual abuse in his opening statement?

I am so looking forward to a certain question from HHJP to ICA...only you and you alone can answer this...do you wish to testify for yourself...it is within your legal right to do so....

For all of you that noticed that wink KC gave Baez. Think about it - when do you wink? When you are inferring "ha, ha", or "just a joke" or "just kidding" or "didn't mean what I just said" or "don't take it seriously" as in not quite the truth. It was her way of saying good job today on my big fake story of molestation.

Nancy Grace will have her own interpretation as she rolls it on a loop, over and over, on her show tonight.

So just to clarify here about something JB was attempting...

He was questioning Cindy this morning about her ' not believing' that Caylee was really dead. And when asked about relevance, Baez answered that " it shows that she felt the same way that Casey had in the same situation." REALLY?

Is he implying that Cindy was out drinking and entering Hot Bod contests at the time she was in denial about the baby's death?
