I posted yesterday ,HLN seems to have gone Tabloid and that's a shame because they have some very credible lawyers as TH's,but who will ever trust their info after this?

we did not see SP handcuffed. I believe they just escorted him out of the court room like every other day. The first we saw of him in jail clothes and cuffed was when they brought him to the van and he bonked his own head getting in,

I thought it looked more like he was dared to do something on camera and was [blank] enough to do it and got caught. I guess the bottom line is if you do something on camera, uh, it's gonna be caught on camera.

But the guy told JP his finger was directed at JA. Did he think that sounded better than saying it wasn't directed at anyone in particular?

I know. After watching it I believe he probably tweeted his buds and said watch this....
But seriously he could have said "I was wiping something off of my nose"...it was somewhat discreet.

IMO: It is a very sick allegiance ICA wanted to extract from her family by murdering Caylee. I have no doubt ICA was cherished and fawned over by GA and CA. When Caylee came along, at first it was about ICA and what she had produced. However, as time passed, Caylee became an individual person in her own right, ICA felt her reigning position in the family was displaced as the attention and affection of GA and CA shifted to Caylee.

First post here... a very long time lurker. I totally agree with you and it is so terribly sad. As Casey's parents tried to make her accountable for her actions and try to make her be a responsible adult, she became even more jealous of them putting Caylee's needs and future ahead of what she wanted---to be carefree and able to do what she wanted to do without any responsibility.

If only she had allowed Cindy and George to raise Caylee, and she could go on with her "beautiful life", but now she will have to live with the choices she made and the ultimate judgement of the jury. Just my:twocents:

...and that's what we should be watching of "CAYLEE" at that age. ICA made sure that it would never happen. Thank you for showing that. Little Caylee should have had the chance to sit in class.

OMG, isn't this woman at the very least a legal analyst, if not an attorney? No wonder her opinions on here are IMO not even in the ball park. I would guess she has no clue what is going on.

I don't recall the legal jargon, but this was all covered extensively back during jury selection with the woman who disrupted court and some of the potentials ended up having to be dismissed. HHJP did the same thing to this woman as he did to finger guy. She was then brought in because in Pinellas County this person was allowed to be represented to face contempt of court charges, while in Orange and Osceola? counties that HHJP covers, that is not a requirement.

I'm going to contact HLN about sending me a talking head application. Apparently no experience is necessary.

I know this is a crazy idea but when she didn't understand it the first time why not ....hmmmmmmmmmmm.. IDK LOOK IT UP!, LISTEN to HHJP!, STOP talking! until to know what you are talking about!.... I guess she was never taught the stop look and listen rule. JUST give us Brooks and Jordan please.:crazy:

This statement caught my attention. I've tried to understand when someone says, "oh poor CA she "lost" her granddaughter and now she's trying to save her daughter". CA "lost" her granddaughter baby CayLEE because CA's daughter KC murdered CA's granddaughter baby CayLEE. It's not as though baby CayLEE was "lost" in an accident, and then there's a seperate issue of KC being on trial for another reason for which she is innocent of. There is NO WAY I could ever try to save the person who murdered my granddaughter, even it that person were my child. MAYBE there's something wrong with ME, I don't know, but I do know I wold want nothing to do the person who murdered my granddaughter.

Amen!!! I would grieve for the rest of my life but if I knew my dtr murdered my grandbaby I would not lie for her on the stand.........
So they are going to beg the jury to spare Casey's life when Casey didn't spare Caylee's life??? Pitiful!

a woman stating something I thought was ridiculous,
I said" Impeach Her!" (yes, I talk to my TV) :crazy:

Then the TH/Host went on to ask her this long drawn out question
and I said" Objection- Leading".
I laughed at myself esp. since this was a political discussion,
Nothing to do with this case!
I shut the TV off then. :blushing:

Hilarious! I had not seen that particular video.
There was another video with the same song; it was all shots of CA in their front yard with her hammer. Not sure if it's still available, though.
