Why do I get the impression Judge Seidlen has only been following this case for about a week?:waitasec:

Because the week before he was still sitting in his living room rewatching VHS tapes of his time on the bench in the Anna Nicole Smith "Who Gets Her Body" hearing???? :floorlaugh:

Is LF flying solo? Aw how sweet..you can remain seated Ms Frye.

EF was very respectful to the judge so he told her she does not have to stand each time

Today Ashton said something that caught me off guard.

He said Casey killed Caylee because Cindy would not have let her just leave her daughter.

I thought about that and wondered how she could stop her from doing that. Then it dawned on me just like the has in their back pocket, Cindy had hundreds of bad checks to get Cassey thrown in jail if she did not stay home and take care of her child. No doubt she threatened it.

You mean CA threatened KC because she wanted to leave Caylee with her that night, or do you mean CA did not want Casey to leave home for good and leave Caylee with her?

so looks like court is still in session. Hammering out the most important aspect jury instructions. I want a copy of them myself.

Did anyone notice the other day when ICA was there alone and had to answer if she agreed with Ms. Finnel, she stood up and turned on the mic and it seemed to me she was in her own little fantasy of being an attorney.

How is it that the newbie is the most composed, succinct, & respectful of His Honor on the ENTIRE DT?

She is. But shouldn't one of the lead attorneys be there and not leave this strictly to the second string team?

ETA: Never mind. I just saw that CM is there.

LOL, you must not be from the south. They are probably one of the top 50 *legal* drugs in the south :) They are like BC headache powders but I think they are better. Work usually in about 15 minutes--and they really work, normally. This trial has made me doubt their effectiveness on many afternoons though. They contain aspirin, acetaminophen, and caffeine.

Should read ''''top 5 legal drugs in the south'''''

I'm up in Canada. Never heard of this stuff. Feeling very ripped off right now. LOL

 I kind of figured they would bail on her when the trial ends, but this quick? WOW!

Okay...gonna argue here with you! :floorlaugh:

BC are much easier to get down....especially with a gulp of coke or coffee!!

So Bill S was just talking about how JB's pictures (used in his display) were taken by the Sentinel photographer Red ____ but that apparently Red had not provided them to the defense and it sounds like did not authorize their use. JB is nothing if not consistent in his lack of ethics.

I thought it was odd that a photographer for a specific publication would "contribute" to the trial displays...in that regard, at least!
