As you may have noticed, Jeff Ashton is prone to coughing. I think that is why he takes frequent sips of water. I have the same issue, and when I am teaching and have a lot of speaking to do, I always have a bottle of water handy. It helps assuage the coughing.

National Inquirer first reported that a fellow inmate of ICA said that ICA is pregnant and wants to tell the court the news, possibly so they will feel sorry for her.

ICA says she was engaged in hanky panky with a prison guard, is telling people she is a couple of weeks....

Why does this not surprise me?

Didn't Susan Smith get caught having sex with a guard?

Consider the source... and someone said ICA bought tampons from the commissary only 2 weeks ago.

Agreed. Kronk is a red herring. Hard to believe a rational person could buy into the wild DT theories about him, so focusing on him just gives those wild theories more credence. By admitting that he must have lied, essentially, and claiming that the SAO knew it, then just as quickly brushing it aside as irrelevant, JA basically put RK in a spotlight and said, "LOOK at me! I may be important after all!" But, I don't think it will amount to much either.

I have never been ok about the RK issues. IMO JA should have stayed away and not even entertained the idea.

This juror is more worrisome than #4, IMHO.

Maybe she's just tired, already knows what JA is saying, and ready to get on with deliberation.

I should have clarified that I would buy any book about Caylee NOT written by anyone in the Anthony family.

Me too, and I read recently that Anne Rule is considering it--she did a great job on Bundy, Downes, and many others.
