The one thing we all have in common is wanting justice for the victims- lets lead from that position- for Theresa.

Don't take this the wrong way BUT look who she married! Yes, she is 'pathetic and co-dependent' so it's sad to say she probably couldn't help herself due to her own lifestyle & circumstances therefore she 's probably scared & astounded as to the situation she ended up in.

Skinner's experiences, thoughts, opinions and facts were, and still are, just as valid as any of ours and in some cases more so since he wasn't pulling things out of his hat. Yes, I am defending him and his right to express them. <modsnip> I would like to add that he had the backbone to get verified thus exposing his identity to the owner of this website and still he wasn't afforded the same respect as others. In my opinion.

I stand by my earlier post linked below. Skinner came here specifically as a friend of MS. He ended up posting on at least one other thread as a friend of CWW, who had been arrested for the brutal murder of his friend's wife. Even if his experiences, thoughts, opinions and facts regarding CWW were valid, they were unnecessary. The fact that he felt compelled to jump into the middle of a thread that was not about MS and defend immaterial facts of CWW's past was offensive and bizarre. That was not the purpose for which he was a VI. He may have had the constitutional right to express these thoughts, but there is no free speech on WS, and IMO he showed amazing lack of respect for this forum in doing so. And yes, he was rude. He repeatedly violated TOS and had to be reeled in by mods and Tricia. I afforded him courtesy when he posted about MS, and I tried to be courteous when he posted about CWW, but he lost my respect at that point. JMO

Sorry mods. I've been sitting on these feelings for a long time. Snip, delete, do whatever you need to do, but I needed to defend my earlier post. Thank you. Rant over.

Question: Is LE looking for something more concrete to file charges against MS? I am having a hard time understanding why he is not behind bars. I get the Grand Jury part, but LE has had this info for awhile, so why hasn't the evidence been presented before now? MS is a liability and needs to be arrested stat.

What exactly is the hold up? TIA

I believe he admitted to this in May, which was before Teresa was killed. It's not Teresa he was referring to.

Correct. It was his ex-roommate from the meth-lab rental, which according to Affidavit p.9, CWW choked her to death as well.

That said, I have been moderating too long. We're once again in "wait mode" and more anxious than ever before so we all tend to post more emotionally. I fear where this may be headed so let me say now -

Let's not let this escalate (quote/respond, blah blah blah) and derail the sleuthing/discussion regarding the MOUNTAIN of documents released yesterday that we have been waiting so patiently for (90% of which we have yet to see!). There is clear evidence of so MANY things - not just the stuff implicating MS, but we are discovering the info we have been so anxious to know. We now know the name of the Dr. who discovered her body, we know CWW & JR's exact route with every stop made along the way. We saw the screenshots of CWW & JR. etc, etc, etc.... I don't have the time to list everything we have learned since late yesterday afternoon.

Point being - Teresa Sievers is the ultimate victim and suffered a horrible, painful, scary death. Let's focus on discussing the evidence revealed in these docs that will lead to justice for ALL those responsible for her death.

As far as Skinner, let's be real - we don't have a clue how he is feeling today. He clearly trusted and believed in Mark. Of course he wanted to believe his friend had nothing to do with this. Maybe he still feels that way. Then again, maybe he is devastated by some of what he is discovering. We don't know that he hasn't read something in these docs where he feels Mark was dishonest with him. I have a good hunch that, like so many other insiders, Skinner is trying to reconcile everything he is reading v. what Mark told him personally. (Wouldn't that be the natural thing for any of us to do if we were in his position?) He certainly has been a loyal friend to Mark. I've thought about him too, as well as all of our verified insiders. And those who where close to TS/MS. A LOT of people are hurting right now. I hope Skinner is not hurting too. I realize people would like to hear from him but I doubt he feels like it. I know AmazonRain was not feeling up to posting last night. Understandably, I think those closest to those involved in this tragedy are needing to take some time to process everything.

So, please let's keep this thread focused on sleuthing the evidence for the purpose of finding justice for Teresa.

I wonder why no chargers were filled on him regarding this. Pretty darn scary!!!

I don't know when this was or how often or which neighbors (I'd love to know!), but what if it was kind of a reconnaissance thing? Checking out what neighbors could see or hear before confirming the plan? Or if he wanted to know what anyone saw or heard in regard to their marital fights. I have to say, that as much as I would want to know (if peeps could hear our yelling and make out what was said), it would never occur to me to actually trespass into someone else's property. So odd, so "entitled". Yep, I'd call the police and at the very least, make a report of the trespass.

I'll tell youse guys - if I wasn't a fan of security cameras before this case (but I am) I'd be installing cameras everywhere around my home!
I see in the document that AW said CWW installed the cameras at the Sievers. I mean, we thought as "knew", but to see it in writing as fact is better.

With the recent developments, I feel an arrest is coming very soon. I think Mark knows that as well. In my gut I feel a big part of why it hasn't happened just yet is because LE wants to do it in such a way that the girls are not traumatized. Maybe they are trying to get him to turn himself in so the girls don't have to witness the arrest. I feel Mark has used them as a shield because he knows the girls are LE's #1 concern. OF COURSE, SMS and LE are aware of his instability right now. It is a very delicate balance and I swear I have prayed as much for SMS and the LCSO as much, if not more, than anyone else. My hope is that when the do issue the arrest warrant, between SMS and Lee Hollander (MS's attorney) they can convince him to turn himself in. Not holding my breath, but that is my hope and prayer.

They have all this evidence, seems to me, he has made many mistakes.

If he flees.. does he look any more guilty?

Sievers involved in wife's murder, DCF aware

The Department of Children and Families responded to an inquiry from The News-Press about the safety of the two pre-teen Sievers daughters.

Natalie Harrell, DCF spokeswoman, said: "We are involved with the family and are aware of the newly released documents. At this time, we do not have any information that can be released."
