If you notice the common factor in many of these interviews is Teresa trying to get out of her lease. Just about everyone talks about it.

I haven't been here for awhile. I've been following the McStay case for years and I live 30 minutes from where TS lives. I'm in Florida. So I have been following this case. This is the first time I have posted on WS in a long time. Am I the only one annoyed that the poor guy was having to repeat himself 3 or more times, on more than one occasion during call, for the 911 operators?

I noticed the same thing but the operator didn't appear to be an unorganized person. I do realize she has to listen/comprehend/and in detail type what she has heard quickly. I wondered if this was maybe how the operator was trained, somewhat of a detective approach, ask the same question twice and see if you receive inconsistencies. i.e. I felt the operator comprehended MP entered through large garage door then exited through same door but she asked him just for confirmation maybe?

Be the boss of your machine. You have to download the audios to listen to them. Tell your machine they're a podcast. And google doesn't need to scan them for virus because you don't rely on google for your anti-virus needs.

I have not followed this as closely as most of you, nor have I seen all of the photos of the scene. However after watching a few of the interviews (AL, TS's mother,TS's childhood friend) and I am currently listening to part 2 of LS's audio interview....My friends, "something is rotten in the state of Denmark..."

I also want to say, to any family/friends/patients/loved ones, I am deeply sorry for the loss of someone who seemed to have such a vision for all of you (as well as others). My aunt was taken from us in a blitz style attack in 2004, to this day we still can't wrap our minds around it. I wish you all strength until justice is served and peace thereafter.

Thank you to each and every one of you that show up here to make sure Teresa's voice is heard and her family is supported. Thank you to all the mods/volunteers making it possible for us to have access to these interviews. I've been up all night so I'm probably rambling, but I know that's the majority of what I had to say - just thank you.

Oh, and that I am beginning to feel some intuitions of my own from someone's stinky energy. MOO!:fishy::twocents:

Nope, that's correct. If you choose open, it should open your local audio player. If you choose save, it'll save then you can click it from your download folder to launch your local audio player. Some people use windows media player, winamp, VLC or many others.

About to go listen to the LS recordings. Before I do, I want to point out a few things that I already find troubling. First, at the end of the AL interview how inappropriate that LS would be pushing the family to do media interviews when it was clear that both law enforcement and AL were telling her "no!" As I said back then, the interviews came off as a national promotional tour by LS
disguised as "spreading the word of Teresa" a mere few days after she was killed. LS was actually very argumentative with the detective - particularly talking about having her "intelligence" insulted. Also, LS seemed far more interested with exposure via media as opposed to heading to the police station to talk about what she knew. Again, very odd. REALLY comes across to me, a 'la MS, as EXTREME manipulation of the circumstances and family during a time of grief. ALSO, interesting that all of a sudden the nurse that worked so well for so long with TS had "negative energy." Don't get me wrong, Teresa was turning a corner by all outward signs and was likely embarking on a new professional environment but I can't help but wonder about the level of manipulation that was going on with the self-proclaimed "best" friend. Keep in mind, LS was relatively new (2 years) to Teresa's world. And if the interviews show me otherwise, I will post again. But so far, I am still of my original belief that LS might not have always had the best interests of Teresa in mind.

Well said! I wonder why LS's interview was formatted just in audio for the general public? I like looking at ppl's body language during these interviews

In scouring around, trying to make sure I have not missed any videos, I came across the videos of TS and TS/LS. Does anyone know for how long of a time period TS had been associated with LS? Had it been fairly recent?

I found it to be very sad to watch those videos. TS obviously had a lot of goodness and passion about helping others to be healthy. And yet now we are learning that her own life was maybe not so great. That is just such a shame.

On the LS audio #1, LS says that she met TS 4 years ago. LS was looking for a doctor to work with, and they were introduced through a mutual friend, "Karen".

Audios and videos really bring it home. Heart wrenching is how I would describe it too. Dr. P was clearly shaken to his core...so distressed. His voice...trying hard to keep his composure...everything about his reaction is genuine. I'm so sorry for him...that memory he will haunt him for a long time.

IIRC, when initial reports of MP's statements to LE that he had received a call from MS to go do a wellness check on TS, it had been incorrectly reported that MP had told the 911 operator something along the lines of "Yes operator, her husband and kids remained in CT and the husband told me this morning that TS flew in last night on (insert an airline name) on flight #, etc. When this was reported we here on WS had speculated no husband in an emergency situation attempting to check on his wife would have told MP flight details. Now we know MP never said that he did.

PS - LS also says on audio #1 that she started working with TS in her office about 1-1/2 years ago.

Dmacky, I had a similar problem getting the first interview to play.(I mean the first LS interview) It's a WMA file, which my MacBook said I had no app to open with. So I downloaded an app that would let me convert WMA files to MP3 files and finally got it to work that way. A few of those sound recordings are WMA files and I spent about an hour at 2 in the morning last night trying to figure it out. Hope you get it working. :gaah:

Petrites told the detective who interviewed him the flight info, not the 911 dispatcher. It's in the transcript -- Bates 5288.

I'm having a similar problem while trying to listen on my IPad....the first LS interview will not download - it will only give me the option to open in yahoo mail (why I have no clue) but then will not allow me to go any further.

I was able to listen to half of the second LS interview. I need to go back and listen again with my earbuds as the volume is very low. I was able to hear enough to come to the conclusion that LS is unbelievably manipulative as many here have mentioned. She gives me a terrible vibe and I am almost afraid to find out more detail about this woman and her culpability as we go further.....I will be very surprised if we find out she was not involved. I hope I am wrong but wow, she makes me very concerned and I've only listened to half of her second interview. I had to pause the audio because I have a very sinking feeling as I listen to her. I feel totally creeped out by her and I can't describe it other than that.

Sorry to ramble on but there is something seriously wrong here - she was not a true friend to TS. I would bet my bottom dollar on it. IMO

I seem to recall someone mentioning MS alluding to his mom that TS may have been a target like the other holistic/alternative medicine practitioners....? Did I dream that or can someone back me up? I'm pretty sure I saw it on one of the other threads here. I feel it's relative to LS's interview 2. Pharmaceutical mafia...Oy vey.

But Teresa was very close to her.
Her own sister said if anyone knows anything LS would.
Seems she was the one to confide in.

After watching these videos I'm getting an entire different picture. And It aint pretty!
I now understand the envelope of suspicion.

Yes! It really disturbed me to hear her make TS out to be a bad mom . MS was the mom. TS was busting her butt trying to keep things afloat financially. jmo.

everyone basically says the same thing!

I think its easier to confide in someone that's not a family member.
easier to speak to. I really think its possible she told LS her feelings.

I havent yet but I will next. I wonder if LS didnt cause alot of the office drama. The pot stirrer for the tension between SH and TS. jmo.

If you listen to the end of her sisters interview they call Lenka and she has the press at her door and they are trying to get her to tell them to go away and not talk to them.
