As NIN said, welcome to the Sunshine State. In other words, Florida law calls for the release of all evidence (and there have been many, many cases across the country of exculpatory evidence withheld by prosecutors). We know that MS lies, and that he might have been setting up CWW, so we don't know how much of what he writes is true. We also know that couples sometimes cater to each others fantasies--meaning that even if TS did (however unlikely) fantasize about CWW, as MS claims, it might simply have been something she knew from experience he would find exciting. And, of course, we know that many people have atypical sex lives (a certain former U.S. President traveled more than two dozen times on a pedophile's airliner where group sex with underage women was an everyday activity) and we know many women enjoy sex as much as men do. Anyway, I don't think LE or prosecutors are out to trash TS. Yes, MS will probably enjoy the attention, but in the end it will serve to convict him.
They may not be out to trash her, but that law does, not only TS but her family and especially will leave a brick wall for any healing to take place with the girls. That law should be revised immediately when very "minor" children are involved to the degree they are.
That is why I am so adamant about ANY kind of healing to take place with the girls, it will not!! This keeps getting deeper and it sickens us adults to even read it, so, let's just imagine these girls one day reading all this , when they have already been programed to believe that daddy is in jail because everyone else id to blame for him being there.
He has programmed them to believe everything he has told them and it cant be undone, THEY LOVE HIM and will always believe him, there's nothing anywhere that proves to the girls right now that their mother loved them, he took it ALL AWAY!!! He had them too long in his exclusive care and that's what he did for all those months, program them and then some . He most likely told them mommy really didn't love you like I do, because , she would be around more ect, HE IS BEYOND EVIL!!
Like I said in another post, now they get to see daddy , he will laugh and cry with them, that is establishing even a greater bond even if it's through a window, and it hasn't been said that it will be through a window because he hasn't been convicted, so he'll most likely hug them and love on them, (more bonding),he will get to see them just as anyone else has visitation ,in a room with other inmates that have visitation. In fact he can probably have other visitors too. He hasn't been convicted yet, so he has the disgusting right to visits just like others, and I'm sure that was brought up and that is why he has them now, because he most likely found out he was entitled to visits.
The law is evil and should be looked at again to PROTECT children, he's not in jail for smoking pot he's in jail for charges of paying someone to brutally murder their mother.
