there may be many aggravating circumstances though..mOO
So far, the prosecution has announced that they are charging BK with five of Idaho's statutory aggravating circumstances. The prosecution has to present their aggravating circumstances to the defense/BK before the trial begins, as I understand. But IANAL, perhaps a verified attorney can weigh in on this.

Extra creepy and scary how he bamboozled that woman to think some unknown 'Jekyll-Hyde' was after her - he then hooks up her home with full surveillance electronics. And, my memory's hazy, but didn't he write a letter to the local police and want to be their 'Intern' or something?? You know, there's people like him out loose everywhere - we've got to lock our doors and especially KEEP OUR CURTAINS CLOSED - euwww - would be so, so awful if you learned you were one of the women he'd been out stalking in his 'free time'. And he was right in the front of some police meeting on security after those murders, was he not? I can appreciate being mentally ill and 'off in one's head', but he's right up there with BTK and the other sorts that that John Douglas/retired FBI Profiler had studied - John Douglas even wrote how HE (John Douglas) had a mental breakdown connected to all the insanity - makes total sense - if we 'hang around' people such as BrianK and BTK, etc., it's going to negatively affect us - John Douglas' body was telling him he had to 'take space' from all of that.

BUT unfortunately for BK the corroborating evidence was compiled masterfully as demonstrated in the PCA. There's just too many vectors to attack and dismiss.

This. Whenever I see people digging in hard on the minutiae of something like one white sedan versus another white sedan, I just remind myself: “totality”.

Has anyone seen any "experts" predict how the judge will rule on this stay of proceedings motion, or on granting them full access to the Grand Jury info? I didn't see any circumstances where he has the right to everything.

Does anyone know if those motions are normally granted or not? It seems like the opportunity to challenge the a Grand Jury indictment is pretty limited. Unless they did a bad job of selecting the entire panel of grand jurors, I don't immediately see anything else that they could argue was improper. The way this is written, it appears that if the indictment was a unanimous vote of 12 or more, they can't even challenge the choice or 1 or 2 grand jurors.

Happening today, Moscow Murder suspect is expected to appear in court at 1:30PST.

If BrianK did in fact do the crimes, IMO he never, ever thought he'd get caught - IMO he thinks he's far, far too smart to be taken down, and I'd expect his BEHAVIOR NOW to be him telling his lawyers he's innocent, he's being 'framed by some local lunatic', and yup he'll ultimately testify and all the while he'll think he can outsmart whoever the prosecutor is who questions him.

I’m actually surprised he hasn’t played the “and now I shall represent myself” card. Maybe that’s waiting in the wings.

Please explain your post - I don't understand.... 'different' from what? You are 'extremely empathetic' but 'can't even imagine'-- what??

I’m not the person you’re asking, but from my interpretation:

1) Different from stealing from strangers or shoplifting. (Versus your own family member, to whom most of us feel stronger affiliation.)

2) Empathetic — I assume to the feelings of others, especially family, therefore …

3) Can’t imagine being able to steal from family.

JMO, and it was not my post.
