So far, the prosecution has announced that they are charging BK with five of Idaho's statutory aggravating circumstances. The prosecution has to present their aggravating circumstances to the defense/BK before the trial begins, as I understand. But IANAL, perhaps a verified attorney can weigh in on this.there may be many aggravating circumstances though..mOO
OMgosh.... I'd forgotten about his 'reddit survey'. I actually like to check answers to some questions on Quora or Reddit - going forward, I'll always have it in the side of my mind that a BrianK-sort is posting 'answers', 'Surveys', etc.....
Agreed, especially right after he came out of rehab.Petty theft in relation to a close family member is a whole different ball game. As an extremely empathetic person myself, I couldn't even imagine.
MOO
BUT unfortunately for BK the corroborating evidence was compiled masterfully as demonstrated in the PCA. There's just too many vectors to attack and dismiss.
If BrianK did in fact do the crimes, IMO he never, ever thought he'd get caught - IMO he thinks he's far, far too smart to be taken down, and I'd expect his BEHAVIOR NOW to be him telling his lawyers he's innocent, he's being 'framed by some local lunatic', and yup he'll ultimately testify and all the while he'll think he can outsmart whoever the prosecutor is who questions him.Happening today, Moscow Murder suspect is expected to appear in court at 1:30PST.
Bryan Kohberger will be in court again on Tuesday; here's what to expect
Bryan Kohberger, the 28-year-old suspect in the Moscow murders, is requesting a stay of proceedings and the release of grand jury materials.www.krem.com
Mmm hmm! And IMO so much more.Yup!
Footprint?
SM ties?
"Murder Kit" purchases?
Search history evidence?
