New entry on the Clerk of Courts records for the foreclosure case. Looks like a court hearing date has now been set.

Wonder if the date in JUNE represents that their Motion for extension of time was granted?? Also wonder if their request for NO JURY was granted?

Wouldn't there be some fraud involved? Would the Bank be aware if the A's bought it back via some third party? From what we know of them if there is some shady underhanded way to do it , they will do it...!

I am wondering, with all these short sales,auctions etc if they are planning on letting the bank take the property back and then purchasing it right back again for peanuts. Can they do that? Otherwise why would they be making renovations unless it's something to do with the pavers they laid ....?

bbm: Can they do that? Or could the Coxes' do that for them? I can understand why they would want to renovate the home - change it completely so that the memories of Caylee and their prior lives are not everywhere.....but why go to that extreme if you are just going to let the house go???? I think something fishy is going on.....because in this case it always smells like fish.....like my grandkids would say...."eeewwwwwww":furious:

Lee Anthony has been working 18-hour days arranging parking areas for the Super Bowl. He also moved home to save money on rent.

FROM MY MEMORY BANK:

I have no proof, however, it is highly speculated that Lee moved OUT of CA a long time ago. (IMO Lee lived w/CA 2-3 months. Lee travels for work a lot IMO)

Time line- Lee moved in the same month CA stopped paying her house payment.

CA said she was on medical leave collecting disability in 2008, however, I have no proof that CA is still collecting her salary in 2010.

- Cynthia Anthony is receiving money through employment disability income.


- Cynthia Anthony’s son, Lee Anthony, stated under oath, in a deposition given to the State on July 30, 2009, that he was still living at home with his parents, that he had moved home in January 2009, to help his parents out financially, and was giving them $ 1,000 per month. If Lee moved out in July/August, Lee gave Cynthia Anthony at least $ 7,000 in 2009, which could have been applied to mortgage payments, but was not.

- If the Court has not appointed an attorney for the Defendants, how are the Anthonys able to pay for Attorney Mark Lippman to represent them in the foreclosure case,when they claim to be unable to pay their mortgage payments?

Whom they choose to befriend makes no difference right now and not sure how that is related to their home being in foreclosure. I need you to either link to the source of that infomration or stop posting it. I have no idea if it is true or not, but I do need a link to settle that. The last time you posted it your source was someone overheard someone talking and that's not going to fly.
