I think everyday before the jurors come into court they should be reminded this a murder case and shown the crime scene photos b/c the DT is trying to make this a sex case

I know they have the judge's admonition, but I am really curious as long as they've had to endure this torture, if some haven't taken a peek at online info about this case. You have to admit, it would be really really tempting

Let's hope not especially with that preposterous "theory" Jodi's friend Bryan Carr put out there tonight on national television (Nancy Grace) essentially claiming the second story she (JA) told the police is the TRUE one and she's protecting herself and family ....:banghead:

I'm reading about these other women on death row. It's interesting. These all could have easily been acquittals. Arizona juries seem no-nonsense. The other BS doesn't seem to cloud their vision, what's important. They keep their eye on the prize. That might be what's going on with the CEO. It's like, move on already. I could be wrong, there are only 3 women on their death row. But I feel better about this. Debra Milke was a pretty woman who probably batted her lashes and cried for the son she had killed. And now, here she is. We shall see. The evidence here is overwhelming.

Wendi wasn't bad looking before she murdered her husband and spent some time in prison.
Juan prosecuted her. She testified and was on the stand for 9 days.

I work at a prison for the worst of the worst of offenders, but no death row...however, the men that are living their sentence of Life without are doing just that, living without, solitary, no comforts and they get to live with the daily knowledge of where they are an why....no sympathy given...their needs are met but that is all...they earned that treatment, because of our location etc...they do not even get to have much contact with anyone or any family....I almost wish she would get that, she will not be performing for "american idol" if she does...no visitors...so from my perspective it seems living with her mind and memories will be some justice perhaps...

I agree I believe in the DP but I almost feel it'd be fitting punishment for JA to sit in a 5x8 cell 23hrs a day (except 1 hr in the glorified kennels for b*tch's like her at Perryville) in solitary with no paper no golf pencil no books no art supplies no letters no phone calls no visits etc just JA & her own mind her memories to slowly drive her crazy going over & over everything in her mind what went wrong what she did till... the crazymaker eventually makes herself crazy!!

I know all Twilight Zone but a girl can have a wish can't she?? Jmo

on Nancy Grace today they showed that JA lowers her chair way down so she sits lower than her attorney, so when they had her stand up shoulder to shoulder with the hand scene it was obvious she is very much taller and not so tiny as she is trying to appear...interesting they are thinking of evey single detail they can...watch in court and see JA chair back compared to Jennifer's.

Lol!! That is SO AWESOME!! ...you know that's why Jodi is staring her down... She is so jealous of her!! I LOVE it! (maybe it will throw her off and one of her other personalities will manifest! Hahaha...anyone counting? ...how many have we seen so far??!!)

But i noticed her obvious stares today too... I couldn't believe how she would stare people down... I really noticed it today more than other days...don't know why... (But I googled it and learned that that is something that sociopaths do..they do a very odd stare...weird)

I was also so sickened that her "Mother Teresa" personality and 'super-charged' memory were back today...

Oh one more thing. Travis family friend today asked me if I was writing a book. I'm glad she asked me (so I could clarify) but it gave me a little feeling of heartbreak if people were wondering that about my furious note taking. She has a friend who lurks here who told her about me (shout out to you btw) so I explained where my notes were going and that I was also doing it to keep from blowing my stack in court.

I would never, EVER take advantage of this family by doing anything like that. My participation is just what you see it is. No other agenda whatsoever. In fact I'm wondering what to do with all my journals I'm taking notes on. Anyone want them? Tricia?

If the notes have no sentimental value to you, maybe Travis' family would like to have them? Maybe that isn't appropriate, but it was the first thing that popped into my mind when I read that. Like a gesture of good will, or a reassurance that you weren't taking notes to take advantage of them with a book.

I dunno. Just a thought.

I think Bryan is surfing net (Hi there :seeya maybe seeing what's being said posted idk? He also on NG last week with thinly veiled threat to someone MM? Anyway he's referring to something I saw somewhere 're: case about book/movie The Godmakers.. I think it's called. I looked it up couldn't figure out if was actually novel or based on true events (alleged). I'm not LDS but I know several people who are & I'm over this religion bashing. Coming from a traditional Judaic Christian background some things may seem odd but come on these are not people in black sweat suits in white Nikes drinking KoolAid!

No offense to any Heavens Gate followers who missed their ride on the mother ship.. jmo

Why did Jodi take photos of such an insignificant scrape/burn that happened at work two days before she murdered Travis?

Could that be used against her as evidence of premeditation? Like she wanted to make sure that if she was injured during her attack that she had proof that she was injured before...

My other thought was, why would she take pictures of such an insignificant scrape, but never took any pictures of injuries from Travis' alleged abuse...

I understand your concerns. I just don't share them. I have complete confidence in Juan Martinez including his ability to pick HIS jury.

Also it will be interesting to see which jurors get tossed as alternates. THere will be 6 to go. Maybe it will be them then everyone can go out and party with ease during deliberations...or sleep...or eat Oreos...or all of the above.
