100 questions. What are they doing? This fool is getting 250 dollars an hour.

I think they are really ticked off he's getting paid that much and they are loosing money so if they can get another shot for jm to bury him to the point hes disbared ,,a little payback for waisting their tax dollars

Have we had any notes yet? Just too tired to keep scrolling through, it's 1am here
Yawn...really disliking this time zone difference. You guys must have been as frustrated during CA trial huh? It really eats up our whole day on the east coast.

So sorry guys - rough nite here not even home yet

Please don't think I was referring to you or rushing anyone...I know real life comes first. There's always tomorrow. Besides today wasn't all that eventful in court.

I got out of a court hearing today at 4:45 and decided to stop by the Happy Hour for a bit. Had a wonderful talk with some Travis friends, Katie DDJ, KCL, PASA, justiceBserved, and others. Happy hour was fun, but it sounded like the court day was a bit of a snooze except for the puking incident lol. ;)

Thoughts explored during happy hour:

--We hope a juror asks Dr. S if it is possible to get PTSD/amnesia from planning a cold-blooded murder and actually carrying it out, particularly if the gun jams or for some other reason the murder turns out to be a lot more bloody and horrible than you had anticipated from watching movies.

--Self-defense requires that the defendant reasonably believed deadly force was necessary. Jodi never testified that she believed deadly force was necessary. In fact, she testified that she had no intention of shooting him--the gun went off by accident. And she can't recall ever reaching any decision that he needed to be stabbed. Seems like she's switched over from self-defense to manslaughter.

--Assuming that Jodi was 100% telling the truth (lol), then it appears that after she accidentally shot Travis in the head, he was still walking, lunging, speaking in complete sentences except for dropping one pronoun, etc. It was a medical miracle. So at that point, having nevertheless harmed him sufficiently to allow her fully-dressed self to run past his slippery naked self and out the front door, she should have called 911 on the front lawn and obtained medical help for him.

Oh wait. I forgot. She didn't realize he'd been shot, because there was no blood, right?

No worries hun- just another horrible night at the hospital and cat sitting now- I will post not a huge day but you know I have some stories- just on my iPhone right now

So sorry guys - rough nite here not even home yet

Oh hun, don't be sorry. You have so much on your plate. When ever you get a chance is fine!

I've been praying for you and your brother. I hope things get easier for him and you soon.Thank you for all that you do for everyone, you truly are an inspiration.

Sending hugs and well wishes your way!:grouphug:

We also had a new WSer in court not sure if she will post

She wasn't the one who fell sick I hope...I think I would puke if I saw the soulless demon in person too. I come close just from seeing "it" on tv from so far away!

Our warm thoughts, and an Angels wings,
will embrace Beloved Brother
through the night.
:seeya: Rest well, Katie.

I will share I have a $200 check in my purse right now for the fam from a Wser and another one on the way from friends of mine who aren't even trial watching- so good! They are in dire need right now so all help directed their way appreciated

I wish someone would CSI this with a big fake head and pig's blood. There had to be blood! Even if she saw it "after the lunge!" LOL

Hi guys,

Ok I'm home now and while my bath is filling gonna start my transcription.

I will shout out a BIG THANK YOU to A News Junkie for grabbing that screen shot of Det. Flores. Without going in to detail, I was asked by a third party to identify myself to him in court, so as I was walking past on the break I looked back and made eye contact and smiled and did a little wave then he clearly "got it" and waved back. I can't believe that got caught on camera!

Next thing is I clarified with the family about checks sent and they are to be made out to Samantha Alexander if you're ever thinking about sending a donation that way. She's managing the finances.

Ok so on my way up I had a little "talking to" with my friend Michael Kiefer about his snotty tweet about "gawkers " and "groupies" attending the trial. He told me it "makes him sick" the "spectacle" this trial has become and he's allowed his opinion (interesting for a journalist who is kind of supposed to appreciate the attention of a story they are covering but I think this is more of a personal opinion). I told him (while I spanked his butt, literally) that he needs to realize there is another group showing up to support the family.

So I get in there and a lot of new faces and only ONE seat in the family rows and I know Julie, JL and Pam are not there yet but parking..ugh!

So...I grab that seat but when they get there and are told all seats taken I give my seat to Julie (front row) SHe's a friend of Travis and just in for the week from out of State...no brainer. But then I go back and the other gals are there and Karen Arra, the media person finds us seats in the media section (very nice). Kind of spread out and when Kiefer sees this, he gives up his seat so I can sit with JL (very nice of him). Maybe my spank had an impact. I do like him and we go way back so....friendship rules ;)

Allie has an elephant applique on her skirt today. :)

CEO notes re: blurring lines therapy vs. evaluator. Only note takers Housewife and Maureen.

Even Tri not taking notes.

(I make a note to myself about organizing a fund raiser this w/e for the family).
