I got lost...... could not find you guys!

Today I noticed a very subdued MittSpec. A huge difference in her demeanor compared to Thursday. However, I continued to watch her like a hawk and noticed that she had something under her right palm which was resting on the desk/table. Then she got that sneaky body language thing and while trying to conceal, started tweeting or texting. She either has an iphone or an android with her which is NOT SHUT OFF. Sometimes she would put the thing on her lap to type/text/and or tweet as she was looking over her shoulder. Is she allowed to use social media devices while court is in session? I tweeted about it several times, asking if this was copasetic. I never got a response. So I tweeted about 10 times that she should be removed as she apparently does not take her job seriously evidenced by repeatedly stepping outside ethical boundaries. Probably just a coincidence, but I did not see her in court after lunch. Could we be so lucky?

One positive thing about this trial is that I have met many genuinely nice, passionate, caring and giving people here and on twitter.

I can't see the jury on my tv, but I notice each time Nurmi walks up for sidebar his head is held lower and lower, and I wonder what impression that must have on the jury.

We all know Nurmi wanted off this case, but the jurors do not. I wonder if they see his hang dog head as a sign of feeling defeat?

Good observation. He seems to have essentiallly disappeared in the courtroom since JW took over. Which isn't an easy feat considering how big he is.

Yes I've said that many times about how such special people have come out in droves for this trial. I've made some very good friends who've actually become my real life support system right now dealing w/ my brother's crisis (and online you guys too).

I know that the VA does some texting and communicating from inside the courtroom...she can email the bailiff directly and communicate things to her right in the moment. Maybe this is what DeLa Rosa does...but considering her other breeches in conduct it could be anything she's doing. I don't trust her. haven't from the beginning. Something's hinky there.

She left after the first pm break.

With regards to chairgate, have a look at this pic. Nurmi's chair is the lowest even though he is far taller but his stomach needs room, JA's chair is almost inbetween the two and Wilmott is the highest. I am sure Wilmott's is higher than it should be which makes JA's look even worse.

I read on Facebook this weekend that the lady with dark hair and low cut shirts, the one that is always chatting with JA, is actually Jennifer Wilmott's paralegal, not the Mitigation Specialist. I'm trying to find the details right now and when I do, I'll post more. But the MS has not been in court just yet according to what I read.

The woman in the courtroom with the DT in the heels and low cut shirts is Maria De LaRosa a Capital Mitigation Specialist. She is not a paralegal. I know this for 100% fact and double checked it today just to be 101% sure.

I could be wrong but didnt JA respond no to the jury question about being medicated in any way? Therefore didnt RS and JW impeach her testimony there? JW was very snarky and even disrespectful to the Judge in her re-re-re-direct today and I heard JM say improper impeachment as his objection, so was she all worked up over the small audio clip about the being able to sleep or not testimony? If so I think it is showing a sense of desperation on her part so I'm glad to hear no note taking by the jurors during her little tantrum. She was smiling as she went back to the table to throw down her transcript which was right after she said to RS that JM didnt allow him to review it or finish his answers. Shes out of her league trying to one up Juan!

I also think JA is messing with us, the viewers on this whole flirting thing, she wants to evoke suspicion and create worry in us..jmo, lets just ignore her.

I also think JA is rubbing off on JW, she resembled the same snarkiness that JA had with Juan. Their little school girl shenanigans are influencing JW in a negative way for sure. Do you think they are around the same age? They are becoming Boppsy Twins(not sure of spelling)

I thought this moment was so weird, so awkward... I thought maybe they were both trying to avoid each other, but there must have been some strange feeling of commiseration between the two of them -- they have both been on the receiving end of JM's tough questioning, both have had their veracity questioned, they've both been exposed, etc.
