I could have sworn she said something to the effect that Jody isn't a liar, but a frightened individual, too. Does anyone else remember that? I think she said that during Juan's questioning on Thursday. I couldn't believe my ears.

In fact, I just turned on the television, which was still on HLN...a repeat of Nancy Grace Mysteries was airing...and just as I turned it on, she played th clip of ALV saying exactly what you state in your query.

Made me sick when I heard it live...makes me sick when I think about it...just down right MAKES ME SICK! Along with most of her testimony.

You forgot another one about, cutting her fingers peeling an apple. She has a lot of misspeaks. Didn't JM say he was going to impeach her or am I wrong?
She thought she was so coy, not answering questions. We will see who has the last laugh. I can't say what I'm really thinking or IDE go to ban camp.

If no one has added this already, can I throw the whole "I'm old fashioned, so I didn't ask about *advertiser censored*AL sex" issue in there? Didn't JM catch her there as well?

Maybe it was determined through her testimony or maybe someone overheard that ALV has been watching trial and hearing testimony? That would be a huge no no. Or maybe she text Jodi thru atty phone or maybe asked Jodi questions during her testimony so shed keep in tune with the TALL tale.

Maybe because Jodie and alyce are twitter buddies?

Wilmott was texting someone. Than sets the phone in front of Jodie and heads for sidebar. That happened several times. Jodie was doing something under the table and its been rumoured that JA and ALV are tweeter buddies? Maybe ?

Question for the courtroom observers...I know the defense advocate has been sitting at the desk behind them the whole trial. Is the victim's advocate sitting with the family?

What a life she chose for herself ! Her own doing, What most of us take for granted because were not criminals. I don't think she thought she would ever get caught.
To steal a pencil or pen an infraction for her and a privilege for us.

The news source who did the original autograph signing story did a followup story. She says she waited until after the jurors had left before rolling cameras and calls out HLN for their misrepresentation of the original story and their shoddy reporting. Hope Juan can call this reporter in the upcoming hearing.

Sooo.... the media pics of JM were taken AFTER the jurors had left....

Me thinks the DT won't be getting very much further with their attacks now, I hope!

She's a JA trial watcher and has been writing about it for some time. 100% pro-prosecution..Nothing nasty, just very witty about that which we can laugh about.. Maybe she's a secret sleuther, who knows?

OT- OK, I guess I need to jump on the band wagon here. Although I am old enough to be KCL's second mom, I must admit that I'm not the house wifey type. I'm not much of a cook and don't like to do housework. I've never had kids and am not in a relationship.

So, I'm going to put myself up for being KT's fun aunt. Didn't we all have a fun aunt or uncle growing up? Mine were always doing something interesting and taking us to places that my own parents wouldn't have thought of. I live in gorgeous Santa Fe, NM and spend a lot of time driving the back roads taking photos. Fun, fun, fun!

He was there one day last week. Appeared to be a nice elderly fellow. And yes she mentioned it on the stand when a juror question came in questioning her bias against men.

Well, that settles it then. LaViolette proved she has no bias against men because she brought her dad to court. :floorlaugh:
