Welcome back to the Delphi Murders discussion thread.

On the afternoon of Feb. 13th, 2017, best friends Abigail Williams and Liberty German were dropped off at a bridge in the town of Delphi. On Feb 14th their bodies were discovered around noon about 50 feet from the north bank of Deer Creek which is about 0.5 miles from the bridge.

Richard Allen has been arrested and charged with the murders of Abby and Libby

One of the interesting issues Judge Gull has to consider is whether the evidence against the Odinists such as it is, is even admissible

For instance, the alleged Facebook post years earlier by BH. It didn't seem the defence has the primary source for it but rather a screencap from someone who says they saw it.

The testimony of BHs wife also sounded like hearsay or speculation?

The EF statement - a statement against interest? (I have no idea)

The 3 day hearings really took it out of me, such tough things to hear about what happened to these young girls. My mind cannot comprehend what it will hear and look like at trial time.

Strength to all of their loved ones to have to endure this now, and have had to for far too long. Justice is coming.

Here is the information on the 3rd (unknown) person who confessed to the murders:

Among the recent evidence related to Odinism the defense said it has received is search warrants signed by judges in Marion County for phone and internet records of at least one unknown person who admitted to killing the girls.

The attorneys said this person provided details about the crime scene that were unknown to the general public at the time.

“Such as the fact that he used knife in way consistent with the manner of death and also claiming that he used gun but never fired it,” Allen’s team wrote.

It is not yet known where Allen will be housed or when he will be moved to a new jail.

One of the easier cases to be honest imo. If it goes to trial I don't see the jury deliberation going more than a couple hours before they find ra guilty. Moo

Maybe they should make all these confessors walk with them through the entire crime scene to show them exactly how it played out that day. They should start from the bridge when the girls first spotted that man behind them (BG) and let each person take it from there.

Am sure they (LE/FBI) would be able to tell who is telling the truth or not especially when it comes to specifics or the finer details.
